Hampton by Hilton Properties in Xi'an

The facilities are relatively new. The service is warm. There are free children's books on the first floor. The breakfast is rich. There are also Roujiamo. The small wonton is good. There is also free popcorn at the front desk. Hilton Garden Inn is always a good choice

The room was great, very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and the location is easy to find. There's a gas station not far from the entrance and charging stations right behind, which is convenient for both gas and electric cars. I'm giving it a good review; this hotel will definitely be high on my list for my next visit (Forgot to take photos, so I've 'borrowed' a few from others 😉).

I came to Xi'an for a trip and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Bell Tower North Street, and the experience was fantastic! The hotel's exterior is grand, and the lobby is stylishly decorated, giving off a very upscale vibe. The location is absolutely superb; step out and you're right on the bustling North Street, very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, all within walking distance, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel room was cozy and clean, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring I slept soundly every night. During check-in, they even thoughtfully introduced local delicacies and recommended travel routes. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted great. Next time I visit Xi'an, I will definitely choose Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Bell Tower North Street again; it truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and well-equipped, the desk was perfect for working, and the internet was very stable. The hotel's gym equipment was also new, allowing me to relax and work out after a busy day. Furthermore, the hotel's service was impeccable; both the front desk and housekeeping staff were always smiling, which brightened my mood. Definitely a five-star review!

This time I was completely attracted by Yan Zi, the front desk lady at the hotel! From the moment I entered the hotel, she greeted me with a warm and professional attitude, patiently answered all kinds of questions about room types and breakfast time, and also recommended nearby attractions worth checking in. The service was meticulous. When I checked out, I urgently needed to issue an invoice. I was worried that it would delay my trip, but I didn't expect Yan Zi to have superb business ability, skilled and quick operation. In less than 5 minutes, she issued the invoice and handed it to me, and took the initiative to remind me to check whether the invoice information was correct. During the process, she always kept a warm smile and whispered to ask if there were any other needs. This serious and responsible work attitude made people feel at ease. The whole stay experience became particularly comfortable and pleasant because of Yan Zi's service. She used practical actions to interpret the standard of high-quality service, which made me feel full of sincerity and care. I strongly recommend this hotel, and I have to call Yan Zi's efficient service!

First time staying at a Hampton by Hilton chain but I have to admit that I am quite pleased. We got three deluxe Queen rooms. Things that I was very impressed with: 1) The available washer and dryer in the hotel which was free to use for all guests. 2) How accommodating and warm everyone was. From the check in staff, to the housekeepers, and even the security. Granted language was a barrier but they were always trying their best to make you feel at ease. 3) Robot delivering food to you when you order food delivery on *******. Impressive! 4) Stunning view of the Xi’an wall especially if you get the room with this view. Things that i think could improve, 1) the room’s toilet has a mild stench which could have been cleaned more thoroughly. It was really mild and something that could be overlooked during my stay. I do have to admit that I should have said something about it to the hotel but somehow never got the chance to do so. 2) the breakfast spread was okay, but somethings could be better. For example the pastry and cakes needs to be improved and it would be nice if there were a litte more variety each day. All said, it was still acceptable especially for the price we paid for the rooms.

The place is a little off, and the room is exactly the same as the picture. I wanted to have a good rest. From entering the store to chat to checking in for a room upgrade, I felt good. When I got to the room, I found that I forgot to mention the children's slippers and toiletries, so I called I called the front desk, and a man answered the call and said that someone would send me there soon. After waiting for an hour, I took it as a break. Then I called again and explained the situation, saying that I was sorry and would arrange it right away. Then I saw that it was four o'clock. It’s time to get ready to go out for dinner. From the time I checked in at two o’clock until I left, nothing was delivered to me. When I was done, I went out and told the front desk that I could just leave it in the room. It was too difficult. Facilities: I came back in the evening and wanted to take a shower when I was tired. What did I do half way through the shower? There was hand sanitizer hanging inside😅. Is this a surprise? I rushed out casually and called to ask for a change of shampoo, but something even more embarrassing happened again. The brother who sold the shampoo came and got a bottle that was not shampoo. After looking at it, I sighed and went back to get it. Finally, I changed it correctly. , it’s really too difficult

Overall, this trip was fantastic! As always, H from the hotel staff was warm and professional. The location is superb, within walking distance to the core scenic spots of Qujiang, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was comfortable for a good night's sleep, and breakfast was fresh and abundant. The service was attentive and genuine, not perfunctory. Excellent value for money, I've already recommended it to my friends!

The hotel is very good. It is located at the starting point of the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps, next to the Westin Hotel. It is very cost-effective. The service attitude during the holidays is not at all slow because of the crowds. The key is that the breakfast here is different during the May Day holiday. It is worth recommending to check in.
