Ramada by Wyndham Wytheville

This facility was easily accessed from the highway. My room was very clean , the linens were clean and the pillows were to die for. Breakfast had enough choices to get you on your way. I would stay here again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Each bed has 3 good pillow and shower had good pressure with water that got hot enough. No bugs

Changed rooms because of moldy tub, urine on toilet and floor and stained chair. Second room’s toilet lid had urine on it, mold in shower corner. Soap and conditioner dispensers were empty. Bed cover had a small stain. Extremely limited COLD breakfast

I BOOKED A ROOM THAT WASNT AVAILABLE, then i did not get a refund, I ADVISE NO ONE TO TRUST ***********, or ramada inn in wythville virginia, they will rip you off and take your money!!!

Recently I stayed at your Ramada location in Wytheville. To say it was an interesting experience is an understatement. I paid $150.30 for a one night stay. The facility was very outdated, needing many upgrades/updates. The room decor reminded me of the 80’s theme. 1. The washroom door did not close properly (ajar) 2. The shower area needed repair 3. Should be a walk in- who would consider having a soak in an unkept bath tub??? Also, catering to the elderly. 4. Rust around hand rail in shower 5. The AC unit was extremely loud. I realize this isn’t a 5* hotel but surely you can do a better job in providing a great experience to the customers who support your facility. Unfortunately I don’t think that you should be charging the same price point for rooms equivalent to your competitors when your rooms do not meet the same standards and quality. The only reason we stay was because the competition had no vacancy—all rooms booked. We were traveling a great distance to visit with ailing family member & needed a room for the night. I hope in the future you will improve your facilities to substantiate the dollar amount you are requiring for a nights stay. The only positives were, the lovely young lady who welcomed us with her friendly smile & great attitude. She should be promoted. The water pressure was great.

Advertised on the booking website that they included breakfast. Breakfast was some bread for toast and nasty coffee and stale cereal
