I didn't stay at riverstone, was sent to quality inn and that great the guy at the riverstone inn was clueless, i waited 20 minutes until finally getting my transfer paper to check in at quality

The room I booked was supposed to be at the River Stone which checkin time was 3pm. Then they proceeded to tell me to check in here and go to the quality inn a couple miles away which there check in time is at 2. And I'm in a room right near the front desk super noisy. Not pleased

Ended up staying in another hotel. They changed me to another hotel that was lower quality without warning me because they overbooked rooms.
