Royal Hotel was good
Bed was super comfortable
Being on the highway, you heard very little street noise or noise from the bar downstairs
Only 2 complaints
1 the milk in the little containers for tea and coffee need refrigerating (they were off)
2 a bit more attention to bathroom cleaning. Dead Flys and spider webs around windows and little spots of mould on the ceiling.

We had a wonderful stay at Encore Mingara, service was excellent especially from Natalie, who tended to all our needs/enquiries. She was welcoming as were all the other team members that we came into contact with. They have great facilities, pool for adults & families, a gym, restaurants & entertainment, also not far from great shops & beaches.
Will definately be back.

I booked here at the last minute because I couldnât get a room in one of the more âhigh endâ hotels.
Yes itâs old, yes itâs quite run down. It was clean though and the location was great. It also has a really beautiful pool. I spent the previous night in one of those high end motels and hated it - the bed at El Lago was so much more comfortable and the AC was freezing cold (which I wanted).
Overall Iâd say if you arenât fussy on the looks itâs worth staying there.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The balcony was accessible from all rooms and large enough to move around on without feeling cramped. Fantastic views over the ocean offering a sunrise to inspire your day. The secure parking was outstanding. Staff were friendly and accommodating and common areas of the property were consistently clean. Overall, unbeatable value in a prime location and well worth a return visit.
If you happen to be staying in a waterview apartment, consider requesting placement towards the southern end of the building for uninterrupted views.

Hotel facilities are a bit old. But the location is very good, it is the Lakeside Plaza and the amusement park, about 10 minutes walk from The Entrance. There are many restaurants around. There is a free car park in the 30-metre building next to the hotel entrance. There is also the Coles supermarket in the town, which is within walking distance.

CCathy_65The reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were all super friendly and very helpful with tips on where to park and what was good to eat and drink. The Urban King room we booked was very clean, roomy and modern with a luxurious King size bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, plantation shutters, a balcony, free standing bathtub and large shower that had excellent water pressure đ.
This was a superb hotel with everything you need at your fingertips.

JJasonKThe Location: The Location is good, many packing spaces are available. Driving to Coles approx. 3mins, to the Entrance Ocean Baths Approx. 4 mins.
Cleanliness: a place that is very clean and tidy, except the electric kettle is dirty, we asked for replacement and they provide the new one for us.
Service: The service was very good and the staff were extremely polite
Facilities: The solution provided is good enough for our current needs.
Upon check-in, you will receive a temporary membership to the Diggers Club, allowing you to dine there with a discount.

GGuest UserPullman has no outdoor pool which was a shock. No great views from rooms. But villas are very spacious, clean however outdoors are quite dirty to use. Great beds, furniture and specially well ventilated. Did not like that it's along with residential buildings. Didn't have any 5 star feeling. And if u r one of the unlucky person where none of the phones in room work then it's pretty annoying.
But it's good for a weekend getaway specially for the amazing stuff and the tasty food at the restaurant.
Well the Magenta beach is a rough walk through the sands but other beaches are are short drives from the location.
Oh yes there aren't any food delivery available by uber eats or doordash.
Overall it's a satisfying stay for max two nights.

GGuest UserVery happy with our booking and subsequent stay we had at the Bucaneer Motel at Long Jetty. Friendly service upon check in and the room was perfect. It came with all we needed for our short stay minus the unnecessary razzle dazzle. It was clean , tidy and cozy. Location was great too , close to a big park and the pelicans. đ

I have to say this is the 2nd time we have stayed at the park, and we were very happy with the 1st time. 1st time we stayed in a cabin for 6 nights and then our caravan when the work was completed for a week.
The staff were fantastic.
This time we were very disappointed đ.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Needs a topper to soften the caravan mattress and low height pillows which didn't help. The TV was not scanning to channels and had rabbit ears as the antenna clipped to the fire exhibitor.
As for staff we only had contact on arrival for the key, we left at 7 am, hence dropped the key in the box. The office lady was quite pleasant on arrival đ.
I don't think we will stay there again, which is ashame as our 1st time was good. I feel for $607 for 3 night stay the standard of the cabin was very disappointing đ.

GGuest UserThere were solar panels installed right behind the cabin and building works for more cabins going on just passed them, however, this was not difficult to accept and the bush scene beyond these was lovely. The walks nearby are excellent and shops and facilities were close at hand. The pool looked amazing but was too cold for me on my trip. The staff were very accommodating and the cabin itself was very comfortable.

GGalia EdwardsYou get what you pay, the room was ok, we couldnât keep our toiletries in the bathroom as the cupboard was in really bad shape, rust, doors swelling from the cracks and water damage. Â Someone in the next room was smoking outside their room yet the huge gap under the door allowed the smoke to come in!! Location was great though and handy it had a microwave.
