I've stayed here multiple times and would like to thank Miss Jossce. Every visit, she arranges room upgrades and late check outs according to my preferences. Bringing my child here was a delightful experience her service is truly exceptional: attentive, warm, and responsive to all requests.
The hotel's prime location in Futian CBD, Shenzhen is another key reason for choosing it. With excellent transportation access and numerous bustling shopping malls nearby, plus an abundance of Michelin starred restaurants to explore, the area offers complete convenience. The hotel's well equipped facilities make it highly recommended. I'll definitely return and look forward to my next stay!

It was a scorching hot, sunny day (26-33°C). We arrived at the Guangming Wyndham from KK Park Guangming Plaza by Didi at 1:18 PM. Excellent location! The lobby on the first floor was luxuriously appointed. The elegant and courteous female staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming. Our upgraded room was spacious, equipped with a round table and a coffee table, which was perfect for enjoying tea. Dinner at the all-day dining restaurant (23F) included lobster and wine. Breakfast was abundant, featuring a wide variety of fruits. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was very attentive.

The room is huge. I particularly liked the toilet, where bath tub and separate shower were provided. The room has a large couch and an office table as well. The body shampoo they provided was of a pleasant long-lasting sage smell which I really really liked. Overall I’m very satisfied with the room.
However, prior to arrival, I kept getting notifications to ask me to do a pre-arrival check in. So I did. And my credit card got charged usd1 out of nowhere, don’t know for what purpose. Clarified with the hotel front desk but they just said it’s HQ policy??? 
And I also don’t know what’s the purpose of the pre-arrival check in. Because on the day itself, I still had to complete the check in process at the front desk. It’s not like I get to collect the room key straight upon arrival if I completed the pre-arrival check in. In short, I paid USD1 for nothing.
Overall, you will have a delightful stay at the hotel, if you skip the pre-arrival check in and pre-check out (which I ignored).

My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony  really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent.  Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service.  

From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. It made my stay truly memorable.  Please extend my gratitude to 小余. We look forward to returning.
