入住的12樓房間有持續的噪音，打酒店房務中心電話，回覆派員工上來核實（其實酒店對這個問題是有隱瞞的，酒店應該知道噪聲來源於13樓屋頂，相信其他客人也有過類似的經歷），派員核實後告知有兩個房間可以選擇調換，一間在13樓，另一間在同樓層，最後選擇同樓層的另外一間，噪聲問題沒有解決，嚴重影響到睡眠，第二天一早趕緊離店，體驗很差。
