房間不大，衞生一般，節假日價格是平常的2倍多，勝在地段好，就在旺城廣場對面，離騎樓城等景點都比較近，走路可以到達，但是梧州真沒什麼可玩的

整間屋子就是一個長方形～頭頂上綠色的吊扇和床後的壁紙那叫一個又新又舊～廁所門很復古，像中巴車那種破掉的摺頁門。衞生間不算大，沒有掛花灑的地方，湊合住一晚也可以其實，就是這按金快趕上房費了....

除了位置好，啥都不好，特別是廁所太噁心了，剛進去就一股臭味，通風半天都不散，後面上了大廁後更是熏天，後面窗都全部打開了，後半夜才好一點點，要不是入住時間太晚了以及第二天要考試，真的是想立馬退房。

老闆人很好，東西太多難搬，老闆也會提出來幫忙。而且下雨了掛在外面的衣服老闆也會幫收回來，洗漱用品每天也會補上。
