我訂房成功訂單是4月30號訂房成功的，訂房時間是5月3號下午2點入住到5月4號中午退房我也把訊息發給了維也納酒店，可是我5月3號晚上7點30分到梧州三龍大道維也納酒店大堂前台取房卡時前台服務員説房間還在打掃衞生，我説我應該5月3號下午2點鐘來取房卡那怎麼辦列，服務員説那也要等到睌上8點才能取房卡，我説我訂的二間房是3天前就預訂成功了，你們這是沒有契約精神，已經爽約了直到5月3號晚上8點30分才拿到房卡。
到晚上8點30分才到房間裏。5月4號上午8點30分我就退房了。我衹在酒店住了12個小時。
我用攜程APP訂酒店這幾十年還是第一次遇到這種訂酒店房間成功後，酒店沒有房間給我！
我們作為一個外地人，遭遇這種事情，衹有委屈的接受這種現實，衹有找平台來申訴這個事情！
希望你們平台給我一個合理的解釋。！！！

酒店服務態度很好 還送了小零食和早餐券 但是由於酒店靠近大路邊 而且位於郊區 即使有雙層隔音玻璃 外面的車流聲還是很大 早上6點就被車流聲吵醒

酒店環境非常好，乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離。停車很方便，入住很快，前台小姐姐也很熱情，價格實惠，住得恨滿意！
