非常垃圾的酒店，跑馬訂的房，就是選中他離終點近，但結束回去酒店居然沒有熱水，打了5個電話給總枱等了45分鐘都一直沒有人回覆或負責人出來幫忙解決問題，每次都在衹説我們已經叫人維修了，明知道這城市週末承辦賽事，本酒店作為沿線接待酒店，是否應該有預案處理類似問題？真的太差了，在房間凍着等了足足45分鐘沒有人理會，參加全國這麼多比賽，從未試過一次住酒店有如此經歷
