之前還擔心景區的酒店衞生和服務條件不好，定的梯田雙床房，真超乎預期了，房間很好很乾凈，用品質感也很好，早上看雲霧梯田太驚艷了，雲朵就地起再縹緲着上升，好美好真實，現在就想着提前預訂油菜花時的房間再來感受。

當天提前會有管家主動聯繫告知具體入住位置和入住注意事項，有問題管家會及時回覆。我們訂的房間在5樓，這個點房型陽台的景色非常好，晚上很安靜，個人喜靜，休息的很不錯。整體的服務挺不錯，進去景區有酒店入住客人的專用通道和工作人員引導。提一點小建議，退房後接駁車下車點至坐下山纜車的這段路也建議有專用通道和引導。這次帶着孩子、當時坐下山纜車正是高峯期，人多非常擁擠、而且小孩個子小人多擁擠看不到小孩非常危險。

這次我們訂的山上景區內的房子，性價比高，房間乾淨整潔，古色古香，在陽台上可以看到梯田全景。因為不是同時訂的兩間房，在滿房的情況下，客服小姐姐很有耐心的幫我們安排了相鄰的房間。沒有粗暴的一口拒絕，很暖心。酒店提供的早餐很豐盛。

房間不大但住一晚還ok，辦入住跟住的地方距離較遠，會有人帶着你走到真正入住的地方，推薦訂帶陽台的房間

房間中規中矩，晚上還是比較安靜的，管家服務周到，索道口接送幫忙拿行李，酒店榜山而立，有點類似重慶的酒店，大堂在5樓，陽台房可以看到山上的梯田

酒店在景區內，可以晚上隨便逛，然後早上可以在遊客進來之前安靜的逛逛無人的篁嶺，空氣很清新！酒店陽台就能看到梯田，陽台上坐着喝茶看看梯田山脈就很可！房間還是比較大的，設施也可以，價格也是性價比較較高了！早餐也可以，有現磨咖啡，滿足咖啡星人！服務沒得説了，有管家提前聯繫發送入住方式，專人帶路！入住推薦！！
