來婺源曬秋選擇了厚塘，莊園風景真是不容分説，有住在畫中的感受。客房服務也非常貼心，無論是傍晚放飛孔明燈、深夜歸途的指引還是客房早餐，都感受到了工作人員的體貼和認真。
但是客房內設施整體老化，床墊質量不好，房間也比較潮濕，沙發上污漬明顯，淋浴房裡美縫都有掉落。對應酒店的區間定位還是有改進的空間。建議店家在室內設計上再作調整，不浪費古風人文的景緻。

管家服務非常貼心， 又可以放孔明燈， 還可以享受農家樂， 吃到新鮮的蔬菜，整個莊園每處都是一道風景， 喜歡待在莊園感受古建築的美！ 還送了伴手禮🥰

看到攜程上有活動套餐就趁着暑假帶小朋友來體驗一下，確實不虛此行。首先説環境，莊園佔地面積廣，荷塘馬場菜園搭配古色古香的徽派老宅，彷彿世外桃源，村口的小溪池塘，小朋友戲水摸魚不亦樂乎。再説服務，確定入住後就拉了專屬服務羣，從高鐵站接站開始，全程管家式服務，無論什麼事都很快響應。我們是非週末入住，客人不多，還為我們升級了房型，餐廳供應的都是當地時令菜，可口實惠。小朋友最喜歡騎馬活動，寶馬龍駒非常可愛敬業，小朋友説下次還要來看它。

這真是五星級的服務，7對1的服務讓你有總賓至如歸的感覺。管家式服務，不管你去哪裡都有人來接你，給你送到地方，體貼入微。小文也很辛苦，跑來跑去的服務每一位客人。酒店很有歷史氛圍，歷時幾百年，身臨其境的體驗一下，太喜歡這總風格了。早餐也很豐盛，總之那那都好。走的時候還送我們伴手禮，服務給10顆星👏
