老宅民宿坐落在古村內，有濃厚的歷史氛圍。房間內乾淨整潔，既保留了老宅的傳統風貌，又融入了現代化的舒適設施。
民宿小姐姐特別熱情，會貼心地為我們準備茶點，還會主動攀談交流、幫忙拍照。我們相處雖短卻十分舒心。民宿還有小狗和喵咪，非常乖順。

民俗小哥很熱情，幫忙拿行李，還給我們升級了房間，木質房間，環境很不錯，房間裏的衞生也超級乾淨，民俗服務也很熱情，性價比超高。

設施：民宿有三棟院落，客房在修舊如舊的明訓堂內，明訓堂對門院落就是帶小院的餐廳。“輕奢房”內四星酒店該有的都有，設施較舊，但絕對能保證舒適！！（有種很美又很舒服的懷舊感）
衞生：看得出來木質的牆體、地板、天花板有被細心地清潔和維護，客房和活動空間都很乾凈
環境：覺得如果不住這裏（或者其他類似民宿）就沒必要來溪思延村了
延村很安靜，有大片的菜地，此時還不是油菜花開的季節。
服務：超好！！！入住前兩天就建了管家羣，提前確認接站時間地點，看了菜單。
辦理入住後前台小姐姐提着我們的行李箱哐哧哐哧麻溜到了2層的房間（偉大！），讓我們專心對着明訓堂的環境“哇塞哇塞”驚歎。晚上可以在餐廳烤火吃烤紅薯，小狗花花陪坐。過於興奮，把東西落在餐廳，小姐姐也直接幫我們送回房間啦。
店長人也超好，介紹了很多關於民宿建築的故事，也幫我們的行程安排出謀劃策。盲目自信不看導航直接亂走也被店長和小姐姐成功召回（淚目）anyway最終歡樂到達溪思村也去了推薦的漳村，體驗感絕！
婺源高鐵站接站服務:商務車空間大也很舒適，火車延誤，感謝小金師傅耐心多等了半小時，全程溝通順暢很絲滑

很滿意的一次居住體驗。提前打電話聯繫是否需要接站，因為我們是自駕，所以沒有這方面需求。加上微信後和管家拉一個羣，隨時聯繫，快到了聯繫民宿提前打開空調，到了也沒覺得冷，不錯，怕我們住起來有點兒擠還免費升級了房間，相當貼心了。唯一不太好的地方就是房間隔音不太好，隔壁房間好像就站在床頭打電話一樣～～有免費早餐，小鹹菜，油條，雞蛋，粽子，麪條，不夠還可以加，午餐晚餐有菜單，可以提前點菜～～村子裏很靜謐，感覺很治癒，總之體驗感不錯

設施：床品很舒適，電動馬桶，大浴缸（還貼心的準備了浴缸套），非常好
衞生：很乾凈，可以説一塵不染，沒有看到衞生死角
環境：位置在思溪延村景區裏（包門票），藏在巷子裏，但是距離停車的地方卻不遠，很安靜很舒適
服務：管家服務太好啦，是可以一起聊聊天的那種朋友
公共區域還有一衹超級可愛的狗狗，還有大大的火爐可以劈柴烤火，可以圍着火爐聊天喝茶
