Wuxi Hotels with Pools

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

The services were excellent. I had my Taobao delivery all delivered to the hotel. Even before I put in the order and email the hotel for the address in Chinese and check on how can I deliver the items over, the staff responded to the email very fast. When I checked in the hotel, they offered to deliver the packages up to my room. Really like their experience.

The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but the interior is very old-fashioned and mediocre. The TV is equipment from 15 years ago, and the foreign signal cuts out every five minutes. Although we brought children and the hotel description mentioned child-related amenities, there were no children's bathrobes or slippers. After calling, we were given adult versions instead. The mattress was okay, but the water flow in the bathroom was almost non-existent, and the ceiling shower was basically unusable. When checking in, they directly informed us that there would be no hot water starting from 8 AM the next day, with no apologies, just saying that if you need hot water, don't use it after 8 AM the next day. This is the quality of their five-star rating.

Relaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill. Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay. The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy. Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app. I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open. There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled. I would choose to stay here again.

Very beautiful and big room. Breakfast spread is wonderful too. The service staff 小张 and 小李 at the reception counter are marvelous with superb service.

The old state guesthouse is really great, with great heritage, good facilities and hardware, the front desk upgraded the room type for free, the breakfast is also very good, the children have a lot of favorites, very good experience, I will stay here again when I come to Wuxi

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

I called the front desk three days before checking in to ask about the pool temperature and other issues. The front desk was very unprofessional and asked me to call the gym. The attitude was very arrogant. I saw a comment on Ctrip saying that the room could be upgraded, so I asked if the room could be upgraded. The front desk said that only Huazhu members could upgrade, and neither Ctrip nor ** customers could upgrade. I said that I had clearly seen other people's comments. She said that you can only upgrade on the hotel app. The answer was very blunt and looked down on Ctrip customers. Fortunately, the housekeeper Yinzi's service was very good and met my requirements. Of course, I also paid for the upgrade. Also, be careful when renting the parent-child car at the entrance of the hotel. They are all broken. We just scanned the code and couldn't drive it. We were deducted 80 yuan, just like robbery. I asked the waiter at the door to help us contact the merchant to refund the money. The experience was super bad. Also, the small bubble pool in the hotel was not clean, and there was suspended hair and so on. The coffee machine in the restaurant is recommended to be upgraded to one that can only make American coffee. There are so many people eating breakfast in such a large restaurant during the Spring Festival. One coffee machine cannot meet the needs of such a large flow of people.

I came to Wuxi for a 2-day trip during the Qingming Festival. As an IHG member, I usually choose Crowne Plaza/InterContinental. I visited Huishan Ancient Town on the first day. I searched nearby and found the Crowne Plaza was the closest, so I went there to stay. The front desk lady Echo Si was kind and sweet. Because I used points to redeem room upgrades on Ctrip, the lady immediately helped me make the best choice. Nai Si! The room was on the 19th floor and was big enough. However, I have a small complaint that the room had a peculiar smell. It felt like it came from the carpet. The hardware facilities were relatively old and the air conditioning temperature was not very low. Overall, the service was perfect, but the hardware was a little worse😅
