We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

GOOD LOCATION NEAR NANCHANG STREET AND NICE VIEW~! BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT IF HAVE ANY EVENTS THE STAFF CANNOT COPE. LOVE THE WASHING MACHINE IN THE ROOM - TOILET IS ABIT SMALL THOUGH, LIKE JAPAN.

The services were excellent. I had my Taobao delivery all delivered to the hotel. Even before I put in the order and email the hotel for the address in Chinese and check on how can I deliver the items over, the staff responded to the email very fast. When I checked in the hotel, they offered to deliver the packages up to my room. Really like their experience.

The Octonauts themed room was perfect for my 5 year old, who loves the show! It put him and us in a great mood. The hotel is also so close to the historical street and you don’t even need to cross any streets to get there so it’s very child friendly. Would highly recommend it to families.

We had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

I would recommend the hotel for other foreign travellers. I appreciated very much, that even some people of the breakfast staff spoke English. Makes it much easier for guests, which cannot speak Mandarin. Everything else also on a very good standard.

An old five-star hotel, very large, with its own garden, and parking spaces both above and below ground. The hotel is a little far from Taihu Lake, so you can't walk directly to the lake. Many people hold weddings and birthday parties in the hotel, and I didn't have a very good impression of it when I first came. I booked the West Building, the old one, and the room was a suite with two toilets, which was very spacious. The breakfast was very rich, with Wuxi Xiaolongbao and sweet and sour spare ribs. The most surprising thing was that you could see the fireworks on October 1st in the room, and watch a fireworks feast on the sofa for free. The angle was very good. The room was on the 8th floor, and it was also very good. If you buy a ticket, it costs 280 per ticket. There are ducks, parrots, and peacocks in the hotel. The children's facilities are very small, and there are not many activities, which is a bit different from the five-star hotels in Sanya. The adult swimming pool is 1.4 meters deep, and there is a small children's paddling pool.

Went Wuxi with family .. stayed 2 nights .. hotel is good and clean .. location is perfect close to downtown , railway station and shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms are clean and neat. Special mention to friendly staff. They were helpful and supportive. Good breakfast with variety and western options too . Child friendly hotel My son enjoyed the stay . Overall great experience.. Will stay again for sure ..

Hotel is 10 minutes taxi ride from Wuxi station. 100 metres from Center 66 luxury mall with many eateries nearby.

It is really convenient to go to Sunac. It is a little more walk than Crown Hotel. In fact, there is not much difference, but the price is more attractive. The hotel breakfast is very rich. There is no Water World this time. I will book this hotel next time. There is also a housekeeper Jingwen. When traveling abroad, it feels very considerate to have a housekeeper. Basically, you can consult her with any questions. She will answer any questions, which is very worry-free.
