Excellent service. My child choked the toilet at night, a front desk staff helped clean up and adamantly refused a tip. Tried to tip again at checkout, a different staff refused too. Staff were patient with instructions and advice for standard questions, surpass expectations for help extended for my parcel deliveries.

This hotel is simply amazing, very close to Wuxi East Station and within walking distance of South Square. The room is large and clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower water pressure is strong, and the details are perfect. The lobby and restaurant are also tastefully decorated.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel room is spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped. The service staff are friendly and make you feel respected. They are very decent. I stayed at this hotel last time when I came to Wuxi. The location is good, the facilities are new, the place is clean, and the service attitude is very good. After I checked in, the front desk called to ask if I was satisfied with the room. I mentioned that the room type was not good, and they immediately upgraded us for free. The amenities in the room were very thoughtful, there were earplugs on the bedside table, and there were disposable shower heads in the bathroom. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located at Exit 3 of Yangming Station on Metro Line 1. Line 1 can reach many attractions in Wuxi, making it convenient for travel. The hotel room is not big, but it is still OK for travel or business trips. I stayed here because of the Licheng hotel chain brand. Everything else was OK, but the floor tiles in the bathroom shower room were all yellow with water stains. I don't know what happened. It looked very uncomfortable and the hygiene was worrying. There were a lot of people staying during the holidays, and the breakfast time was very messy. There were no plates or cups.
