Wuxi Hotels with Airport pickup service

Very warm welcome from day 1 and each day for the duration of my stay. The food was excellent and the service was first class. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

A true smoke-free service apartment. Service of staff is good. Reception went the extra mile in assisting to help book a cab when didi rejected our booking. Not fascinated by the breakfast, though it does get you fill-up. Liked the fermented beancurd with porridge. My kid likes the playroom located next to the breakfast area. He had a short session daily there after we had our breakfast.

Good location very near the metro (Line 1) which is the line with the stations at popular places to visit. Quiet serviced apartments with washer and dryer. TV didn't connect to the sound bar properly. Resolution of TV programs is low. Room is clean and spacious.

I would recommend the hotel for other foreign travellers. I appreciated very much, that even some people of the breakfast staff spoke English. Makes it much easier for guests, which cannot speak Mandarin. Everything else also on a very good standard.

Last year, I stayed at Xuelang Songpin, and this year I chose the Lake View King Room at Sunac Shiboge Hotel Wuxi. The experience of staying there exceeded my original expectations. The hotel service is thoughtful. The customer service Xiao Li called us the day before check-in to inquire about our accommodation requirements and asked about our well-being. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff checked in quickly and enthusiastically. During our stay, both the restaurant waiters and the room cleaners greeted us with smiles and were polite, which made us feel warm. The 50-square-meter room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy the ducks swimming and playing on the clear lake, the slowly swaying cruise ships, and the flowers, plants and pavilions in the garden downstairs, which are pleasing to the eye. This is a memorable experience for us.

The room has a direct view of the Taihu Lake, and the sunset is beautiful. The hotel is in a good location, at the Sports Park Station on Line 4. The Mixc is just outside the station, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is just a few steps away. This time I mainly took my children to feed the red-billed gulls, so it was very convenient to go to the Light of Lihu Lake and Lihu Bridge Park. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to other attractions for more than ten or twenty yuan. There is a Family Mart downstairs in the hotel, and it is very convenient to go down and buy something if you need it temporarily. The breakfast variety is OK, and the taste is quite satisfactory. It is worth mentioning that the staff have a very good attitude, from check-in to restaurant to cleaning, they are all very enthusiastic. Especially Sindy, who asks every day if the room temperature is suitable and if there is anything she needs. She also gave a travel guide, and the pictures she gave are very beautiful and can be posted directly on WeChat Moments.

As soon as you enter the lobby, you will feel refreshed. Unlike a hotel that has been open for seven or eight years, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic in reception. When she sees children, she considerately gives them gifts. The room is quite spacious. As the hotel has been open for a long time, the facilities are not intelligent. Fortunately, the maintenance is OK and it is relatively clean. The only drawback is that the TV signal cannot be connected after a while. The staff quickly solves it. The air conditioner does not cool, and a solution can be quickly provided. Some things are not perfect, but everything wins in the service attitude. Give it a good review!

The hotel lobby is luxurious and the rooms are clean and tidy. David at the front desk provided good service, friendly attitude, fast check-in, and detailed introduction of hotel facilities and equipment. This time I chose the Marriott Hotel in Wuxi. The hotel environment and hygiene are as good as ever. Wuxi Marriott is located close to Liyuan Garden, which can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Opposite the hotel is a large grassland and Taihu Lake. The scenery is so beautiful. I especially praise Lulu at the front desk. Seeing that we are a family trip, she upgraded us to a lake view room and introduced the surrounding docks very considerately. The room was originally equipped with only two bottles of water. Seeing that we had two adults and two children staying, the room aunt also specially sent two more bottles of water and snacks (the children ate half of it before I could take a photo).
