酒店服務不錯，幫客人拖行李上房間，可免費泊車。酒店望湖景，設施不多但整潔。唯早餐是套餐，沒有選擇，二天早餐是相同款式。

酒店靠近湖邊，離蠡園一站路，房間整體不錯，床頭燈做成櫃面形式很方便，服務也很周到，唯一不足的是插座做在了茶水櫃的後面，不方便接入

酒店有些年頭，但位置絕佳，在太湖邊上，每間都是湖景房，離黿頭渚也超近，傍晚看到了絕美的夕陽，是顏值黨的好住所！
