房間還蠻大的，服務也不錯。前台的小姐姐人超級好。早餐也蠻豐盛的。酒店在景區在古鎮內，逛逛歇歇很舒服。

我們是從西安帶着老孃到無錫旅遊的，偶遇到一個非常好的盪口古鎮，很有規模，很有品味。並且遇到了一個非常好的書香世家酒店。早點豐富，服務員態度極好，乾淨，有檔次，是個幽靜休閑古樸有文化底藴的好酒店，好地方。是我去過古鎮最好的一個。所以就多説兩句。

總體還是不錯的。酒店在景區裏，鬧中取靜。服務人員都很熱情，有需求響應比較快，盡力幫助客人。一進房間略有些黴味，大概是因為潮濕，開窗通風后好一些

之所以一直會選擇盪口古鎮的書香世家，是因為歷來有好的服務，但這次感覺有變化了，不主動問是否需要小孩的洗漱用品了，退房後也不主動給飲用水了。是管理團隊換了還是客服人員換了？

中式風格，是華家的故居。古色古香，環境優美，舒適宜人。旁邊就是巡撫司，古戲台。早餐非常好吃豐盛，是值得二刷的酒店。
