We had a truly wonderful experience at this Resort. The rooms are clean and spacious, and really cozy and warm. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the bicycle ride. We recommend this resort for a family stay, as the breakfast is good and great play area for kids. Our only difficulty was getting a taxi or car to travel to the area, but besides that it was a wonderful stay!

Is 18 degree water acceptable for a hot bath? Imagine going to a new room and the same problem happens. Then, a representative from the hotel comes to your room and says that 18 degree water is normal. This is the worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and I’m including one star hotels. They lied to my face and refused to provide a room with warm water. My girlfriend and I were so pissed, we wanted to leave. They offered to let us go only if forfeited the right to leave a review. We decided to stay in part to write this review. This place clearly has plumbing issues and rather than fix it, they just take the PR hit. Also, the breakfast is not 5 star quality.

The lake view room is very good. You can take a bath facing Taihu Lake. There are not many people traveling during off-peak hours. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective. I will stay here again next time when the weather is warmer.

Our family went on a trip. The hotel is only 8 minutes away from Nianhua Bay. The front desk lady upgraded the room. The aunt turned on the air conditioner in advance. The room is very large with a bathtub and shower room. The air conditioner is powerful and it is warm to sleep at night. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western and is very delicious. It feels perfect to eat breakfast while looking at the lake view.

Our room is on the fourth floor and we can see the scenery of Taihu Lake. It is definitely a treasure hotel. At night, we found that there was a problem with the TV. The customer service was very quick and immediately arranged for us to change to a suite, which was unexpected. The suite is very large and worth experiencing. We took a bath at night, and the hotel also gave us a bath bag, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was average, but the decoration of the restaurant was very distinctive, and you could see the lake view. The morning was very beautiful with the sunshine. I will consider staying here again if I have the opportunity to come to Lingshan next time.

During the Spring Festival, I brought my children to Wuxi for fun. I wanted to live closer to Nianhua Bay and Lingshan Wonderland, so I chose Wuxi Taiyue Resort Hotel. When we arrived, the front desk lady Lisa welcomed us warmly. Seeing that we brought our children, she helped us upgrade the room type, gave us toothbrushes and slippers for our children, and added WeChat to remind us the breakfast time and place. We could contact her if we needed anything. This kind of service made us feel very warm when we were away from home. When I left the hotel, she called me and said that I had left a piece of clothing there. When she learned that I had arrived home, she quickly said she would mail it to me. Thank you so much.

We were upgraded to a lake view room when we checked in at the hotel in the early morning. Great value for money! 5 minutes to Lingshan Scenic Spot, 15 minutes to Nianhua Bay, five-star praise!

It was 1.5 kilometers away from Lingshan Mountain and about 3.5 kilometers away from Nianhua Bay. The transportation was convenient and there was no congestion. The feeling of breathing freely was so good... A good place to be in a daze in a quiet place~ The service was also excellent~ Bicycle riding was also awesome.

Lisa at the front desk is thoughtful and meticulous in service, and the room staff will take the initiative to greet children when they meet them. You can also fish in the hotel, and the hotel and the surrounding area are also suitable for cycling, and the view of Taihu Lake is wide. It is not far from several popular attractions in the surrounding area. The only thing is that it has been open for a long time, and the facilities are a bit old. I hope it can be improved.
