帶娃滑雪，不二之選，大床還是挺大的，可以帶娃一起睡，房間很安靜，一晚上睡得很踏實。管家天寶服務很好，加了微信後，也給了許多幫助。下次如果再來滑雪還是會二刷的。

地理位置方便，離融創樂園很近，北門出去過條馬路就是融創茂商場，海世界和雪世界都在裏面，穿過融創茂就是樂園大門了。
另外管家chloe 有問必答，熱情周到，前台和其他工作人員也都服務很好。

非常適合度假的酒店，管家梅芳提前一天就發了定位，介紹了餐廳的特色菜品，推薦了無錫的旅遊攻略，並且免費升級了房間，非常感謝。2個晚上的就餐都在酒店解決，菜品非常滿意。

裝潢和設施都很好，沒有故障情況。服務很好，訂房時候會詢問對房間的偏好，確認房間後立刻有管家聯繫確認入住時間。誇一誇管家Chole超細膩温柔，還給小朋友準備了專用的拖鞋和牙刷。
帶小朋友出行，check in時候感覺房間暖暖的，有可能是提前幫忙開空調了。
酒店很大，雖然客人很多，但仍然覺得很安靜。
陽台朝向內圍的湖面，安靜而且視野很好。
床品和衞生都很好，入住有贈送新鮮水果，小朋友沒吃夠管家立刻又送了一點，感謝感謝！
早餐也很好，品類豐富口味還不錯。
