I came to Wuxi for a 2-day trip during the Qingming Festival. As an IHG member, I usually choose Crowne Plaza/InterContinental. I visited Huishan Ancient Town on the first day. I searched nearby and found the Crowne Plaza was the closest, so I went there to stay. The front desk lady Echo Si was kind and sweet. Because I used points to redeem room upgrades on Ctrip, the lady immediately helped me make the best choice. Nai Si! The room was on the 19th floor and was big enough. However, I have a small complaint that the room had a peculiar smell. It felt like it came from the carpet. The hardware facilities were relatively old and the air conditioning temperature was not very low. Overall, the service was perfect, but the hardware was a little worse😅

Thanks to the hotel for upgrading the room and the housekeeper Mei Fang for introducing the hotel and booking tickets. The overall hotel room is still very stylish, with all kinds of facilities and equipment; there are also baby strollers, convenience stores, and children's entertainment rooms in the hotel lobby. I think the only shortcoming is that there are a few lights in the room, which may be due to the design. Then, there are basically three modes for controlling the room lights, one is daytime mode (basically all lights are on), one is reading mode (there is a high-brightness light right above the bed), and the other is sleep mode, which lacks some individual light control. There is a lake in the middle of the Sunac Hotel Group, and the surrounding green plants are very good. If the weather is warmer, it will definitely be very photogenic
