Very bad. The hot water in the room was still lukewarm after a long time. The whole building smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a mahjong table in the room, and the carpet and toilet seat were all covered with cigarette burns. The sound insulation is also average. . There is nothing good about it except that the room is big enough.
