這次出行，住在迎賓樓，房間衞生可以，遺憾壁燈接觸不良，總在閃爍，屋外有一個小小的陽台。早上我温泉水有些熱，早餐比過去的豐盛一些。

訂至尊複式房一晚，上下兩層，空間大，但卻是此生住過所有酒店裡最差的一個：
先説説硬件
1、二樓配件主打一個“光禿禿感”：沒垃圾桶，沒抽紙，沒洗手皂，壁掛電視被卸走
2、衞生間冷熱水標識貼反，若看標識洗澡，就等着被冰水凍死吧
3、房間衞生差，床上發現小飛蟲
再説説軟件
1、酒店奇葩規定：訂房一晚，本想次日中午12退房前再去泡泡温泉，大廳前台卻説：“為加快客房週轉，酒店鼓勵客人早十點退房，鼓勵措施是送當日温泉票”，若客人中午12點退房，是無法進温泉的，温泉票衹允許入住當天使用，本人温泉控，走過天水西安等地温泉酒泉，武威温泉酒店的奇葩規定卻是第一次聽説
2.温泉前台和酒店前台言辭不一，入住當天下午去泡温泉，想知道憑房卡是否可以不限次進出温泉與客房之間，客房前台説不可以衹允許單次進出，温泉前台説手牌拍照可以不限次進出，搞的人心情特別不好
3.服務態度：無論酒店區還是温泉區，服務員面無表情回答生硬，不會主動和你打招呼，主打一個“有事別麻煩我”的氣場
4.服務驚嚇：入住當晚到我房間調試洗澡冷熱水的服務員，居然是一位上了年齡的大媽，居然還領着一個小男孩，小男孩張口閉口喊姥姥，進了我的房間旁若無人四處亂轉
最後説説温泉
1.武威温泉藏葯區，優點是水池裡的確有葯材包，缺點是藏葯池太少，3個。入住當天正好碰上金昌公司會議，人多，池子換水不及時，下午時池水上漂着一層灰白色絮狀物，類似搓澡下來的泥垢，水質已渾濁的反胃噁心
2.服務區，免費的養生茶桶下午已乾涸，既然温泉方提供不起這樣的服務，就不要搞這種廉價的面子服務，服務區內有價飲料哪怕你賣10元一瓶也不是買不起
綜上，武威温泉度假村，金玉其外敗絮其中，傳説老闆是個武威人，建議好好整頓企業，才能立足長久發展，即使有靠温泉吃温泉的地理優勢，也得把硬軟件提升才有回頭客，才有利潤，否則倒閉也就是時間問題

本次入住就是衝著泡温泉去的，孩子玩的特別開心，房間也很大，前台服務態度特別好，本來一開始的房間我覺得有煙味，後來一換就換掉了，房間也很大，很寬敞 ，非常感謝。
