本人一般不評論，但是這個酒店太差勁了。必須説幾點：1.去酒店的路是很顛簸的，到了酒店門口保安就説沒地方停，更沒有接待。2.辦理入住很慢，衹有一個年齡大的辦理，排了很多人，一個的沒有辦完，又去弄另一個，感覺沒有程序。3.進去房間以後地上還有很多零食渣渣，打電話過去也沒有管。那個洗髮水的餅子就和眼葯水瓶子一樣大，試問怎麼夠用。4.去温泉中心辦理手牌也特慢，問一句也不迴應，毛巾衹給一條，其他温泉毛巾不光熱的，都是無限用，都是從水裡出來，用兩次就濕了，根本不人性，毛巾泡湯池用了洗澡就沒得用了，毛巾是肉眼可見的黑坨坨，要求換一條服務員説沒有了。5.這個酒店的菜真心超貴，圖片附價格表，關鍵味道也不怎麼樣。第二天去吃早餐，沒有東西，好不容易看見有面，想着給孩子做一碗，結果告訴我説沒有面了，我明明看見他們在下面，然後説那是中午的涼麪。早餐不給客人吃。是中午的。我覺得真的很可笑。還有健身房，衹要我們進去服務員就跟進去晚上告訴我們下班了，早上説還有弄好，跟着你就是不讓用。總之是這麼多年去過最差的地方，酒店和温泉的規矩太多，作為顧客得按照他們的要求來，按他們的規定去做。不是服務顧客，感覺我們必須是迎合他們。

十二點半辦理入住，前台説兩點入住，我們兩點半進房間，衞生臟亂差，沒有打掃的房間讓人入住，電話催了七八遍，半個多小時才來人打掃，一直到快四點才入住，找前台催，前台態度極其惡劣，愛搭不理，推諉不解決問題

酒店建設的不錯，走廊裏貼滿了酒店領導與各界名流的照片，但毀在酒店服務人員可以説毫無服務可言。我們晚上九點多到的酒店，在大山深處，附近沒有商超、飯館之類的。到了房間洗手間明明有洗手液罐子，但裏面沒有洗手液，也沒有香皂。打電話到前台，説是酒店不配這些東西，我説我們這麼晚到，要吃東西，不洗手怎麼行。酒店前台質問我：這麼晚了，你們吃什麼東西！七百多的房費啊！洗不上手！最後吵了一架，給我們灌了一點洗手液！第二天睡醒錯過了早餐時間，前台説可以點餐，但我們到了餐廳，被告知他們在準備中午的自助餐，沒有辦法給我們點餐，但酒店在大山裡，不在餐廳吃飯就沒地方可以吃了，我們又被服務員質問：你們為什麼不按時來吃早餐！！最後找到主管反覆協調，給我們煮了一鍋麪條。我們不是來度假旅遊的，我們是被酒店服務員教如何做人的！我們定的複式親子間，空調開了一頁，温度還不到17度，窗外連雪都沒化，屋子裡很冷。再説温泉，因為淡季，户外開放池子較少，也很冷，服務也很一般。總之一個設施還不錯的酒店，被一羣不會管理不會服務的人弄的奇奇怪怪，彆彆扭扭，我們在酒店經歷了又冷又餓，還被教訓，很失望！！！

完全沒什麼服務意識可言，酒店工作人員很多，全都板着個臉，見到客人連微笑都不會更不要説熱情服務了，特別是裏面走來走去的那些穿西裝的男的，搞的好像欠他錢一樣。酒店設施陳舊，馬桶上有膠一樣的東西也整不乾淨，電視遙控器是壞的，整屋都找不到空調控制器。這個地方不值得去第二次，論温泉不及天水，論服務可玩性又不及童夢樂園
