酒店很新，房間大，乾淨，停車方便，有地下和地面停車場。周圍環境好，對面就是濕地公園，還有海藏寺，有時間可以去看看。

優點是房間大 各項硬件都很新 游泳池很大額外要了被子 水 毛巾牙具等送得都很快
缺點是房間有裝修對味道 電視機投屏功能無法正常使用 酒店工作人員來了差不多十個人也沒有修好 酒店因此也送了果盤表示歉意 泳池儲物櫃設計不科學 服務人員不專業 早餐一般
總之硬件還好 但是軟件需要改進

洗漱用品質量一般且牙刷不夠用、沐浴露洗髮水護髮素都衹有小小一瓶，牙刷質量太差。房間燈不夠亮、地板吱呀響，周圍吃飯的地方很少。吃早飯的時候和門口刷卡的人吵了一架，因為我們帶了行李，不能進，就説放門口，我爸媽農村人聽不太明白怎麼放，把白色的包直接放地上，人家看見啥也不説，人都進去了，讓退出來刷卡。我很生氣。一晚上 846 就這個態度，我肯定不願意。武威的服務整體上是很差勁的，説話語氣生硬，做錯了衹説不好意思，其他沒有任何補救措施。一大清早的惹一肚子氣。
優點是周圍環境好。

房間隔音效果不好，一直能聽見隔壁洗手池放水的聲音
服務態度還好，但晚上打電話給前台要浴缸罩一直送不上來，打了兩三次過了半個小時才送來
