地理位置方便，不為停車發愁。
環境設施很好，清靜幽雅。
餐廳菜餚味道很滿意（不含自助早餐）
工作人員的服務態度熱情貼心，客房服務的速度很快而且周到禮貌。👍🏻
這次入住感覺客房清潔和客房隔音略微差一點兒。整體還是很不錯的。

位置特別方便，豪華套房有單獨會客室，夠政府接待級別了，還有客廁以及客人更衣室。卧室很舒適，主卧洗手間很大氣，浴缸很舒服！還有專門的擺渡車，雖然我沒用上。

酒店整體很好，入住能感覺出來那種老式星級酒店的魅力。
衞生： 房間打掃的很乾凈，雖然酒店是老式的星級酒店，但是設施很好，沒有陳舊的感覺。房間的層高特別高，之前從來沒住過層高這麼高的房間。房間的裝修能感覺出來用料很紮實。
環境：在五台山景區內部，環境優美，早晨起來能看見大山，雲朵，各種樹木，讓人感覺很安逸。酒店內部還有湖，可以步行遊覽。
飲食：早餐還是可以的，偏老式中式早餐，種類不多，但是能夠吃飽。不過確實吃不慣刀削麪，這點有點尷尬，畢竟是山西特色。晚餐也在酒店餐廳吃的，價格不便宜，食材沒問題，但是可能還是口味問題，一般般，這個每個人口味不一樣，沒法做出客觀評價
服務：服務這個，有點讓我疑惑，有點參差不齊。有 一些就是服務很好，很到位，很熱情，有一些就是很冷淡，業務也不熟練。所以衹能給4分。感覺裏面應該有一些關係户吧，業務不熟練，説話有時候和請不見似的，所以很疑惑，不知道為什麼會出現這種情況
最後記得提前5天去公眾號預約車輛，個人感覺，如果不自駕，不是很方便。

在五台山酒店是很不錯了，畢竟價格也不便宜。酒店後面坐12路中巴車到各處也是比較方便的。就是8路車過來有點遠了。

房間大是大，前台也很好，幫我們安排在二樓。中規中矩，該有的都有。早餐不錯，就是收餐很早，帶娃不太友好。十點不到九點半就趕人了。不太符合五星級酒店的標準
