酒店不錯，如家連鎖的酒店很好，大品牌，之前想住民宿，後來看中了這家，酒店位置雖説離景區繁華地段稍有點遠，可是也就幾公里的事，開車幾分鐘而已，門口好停車，衞生很好，客服也很好熱情。以後再去五台山還會選擇這家酒店。

設施：酒店公共區有自助洗衣，大堂有咖啡，該有的都有，很方便。
衞生：房間打掃的很乾凈，晚上睡的很踏實
環境：地理位置比較偏但也很安靜，沒有什麼嘈雜聲，對於睡眠淺的人很友好
服務：有專職司機接送，去黛螺頂很方便。前台服務熱情周到，走的時候還送了特產，非常貼心

在網上選了好久才訂下這個酒店，去之前聯繫了酒店，她們幫忙預訂了來接站的車，這點讓我特別安心，司機大哥也特別好，早早的在高鐵站等了，來到酒店發現，前台小姐姐特別温柔，酒店衞生很好，晚上睡覺也特別安靜，隔音效果特別好，雖然酒店不在中心景區，但酒店有安排專車接送，隨時準備着接送住客，非常感謝，酒店周邊也有小超市和吃飯的地兒，離菩薩頂後門很近，早餐的小米粥很喜歡，如果早餐能更豐富點就完美了.一次完美的旅行.

來五台山玩，住在如家還是沒有讓我失望的，位置很好，就在景區裏面，離幾個主要的寺廟景點都很近，周邊也有吃飯的地方，去哪裡都挺方便的…
衞生情況整體還是不錯的，設施也都很新，有小度和智能馬桶，還是挺驚喜的。房間裏有一個飄窗，還可以喝喝茶聊聊天。

房間幫我升級了 二樓 乾淨整潔 沒有煙味 走的時候還送了禮物 雖然不在核心區 但安排了車接車送 還是很方便便捷的 適合短途旅行 五台山整體商業氛圍很濃 人文景觀勝於自然景觀 此次出行時間和安排合理 天氣也很好 不冷不熱 必去景點都走到了 希望心想事成 下次還願之行

如家旗下的酒店，新開的設施很新，前台女孩很熱情，房間舒適度100，被褥乾淨衞生很舒服。酒店有到核心景區的接駁車，開車大約5分鐘，師傅駕車很穩，是一家很好的酒店，下次來五台山還是會選擇這家。

房間很不錯，乾淨衞生，設施完善。沒有因為在山上就降低檔次，維持瞭如家一貫的高標準。
酒店前台的服務非常周到，特別感謝酒店的接送師傅，隨叫隨到，車技高超，路線熟悉。
本次出行是帶父母旅行，父母都表示酒店很不錯，這含金量不用多説了吧。

設施：酒店是新造的，設備都比較新，就是五台山寸土寸金，所以哪怕是家庭房，房間整體也比較小一些
衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔，床單也沒有污漬
環境：酒店在五台山比較深處，雖然沒有靠近核心景區，但好在酒店提供了自己的車接車送，從酒店到黛螺頂公交中心，還是比較方便的
服務：酒店工作人員服務態度都比較和藹可親，退房還給了伴手禮
