酒店有點偏，但是有粉色小車挺方便。第一次來這裏坐公交做錯位置師傅也是繞遠來接，東西落在公交站台師傅也是二話不説帶我們回去拿。前台小姑娘也是説話温温柔柔的

有班車接送，岀來吃晚飯，去景點，非常方便。酒店乾淨舒適，停車位大，工作人員服務態度好，非常推薦值得再次入住

有車可以接送。地理位置一般,酒店外面的環境也一般，但在當地屬於比較乾淨的酒店了。酒店外面有一條小吃街,但東西和味道一般般。

我是帶剛退休的父母到山西自駕旅遊，走到五台山真是大失所望！不算需要特別照顧的，住宿這次真的很無語…
首先交通：由於沒有預約上五台山車位，就必須從遊客中心坐 8路到山咀站，提前問過前台，到站來接！起初入住挺順利！晚上大概八點遛彎回來，等車回酒店，師傅直接把七座車，塞了成人 9 人，小孩 1 人！且第二天早上從酒店到景交站，無排隊無秩序，沒有人管，純靠搶！酒店衹有一台車，大家做好心理準備！
其次：酒店半夜馬桶沒水，整個酒店都沒水！請注意！這個酒店！家庭房全部在下沉式一樓！
最後早餐：我訂的家庭房，帶早餐 576，不帶早餐 504，早上也沒人問你哪個房間，幾個人，説實話帶不帶早餐一樣，混亂的一塌糊塗！跟搶飯一樣，太可怕了！果汁跟白水一樣，一看就完全是色素，包菜也是沒味，大家自己看看紅薯吧…
前台也是業務水平很一般！我問她有沒有排隊上車的，愣是三分鐘不看我一眼！**！
我是親身體驗了一把，其實五台山在主幹道上可定的酒店超級多！大家斟酌吧！
