3-Star Hotels in Wurzburg

We were the first time in this hotel and are restlessly enthusiastic, it has all been true, whether rooms in the 13. Stock, restaurant with breakfast and ala Carte, also very good in quality and friendliness and also the reception always very friendly and also very competent. Was here for a short stay. But the services are wonderful, the room are superb, all necessary things like kettle, ironing board, welcome gifts are there. Spaces to do some works, chill out and drinks coffee are good too! Best hospitality! Would definitely come again. The bus stop is just right in front of the hotel if you come from the Central Station direction. But the bus stop to go in the oposite direction is a like 300m you have to walk a bit.

The front desk service was very poor. It was a beautiful woman in her 30s. She didn't have a smile. I thought she was like this. The old German couple smiled when they checked out. I want to pay for the coffee in the lobby. I accidentally pressed a wrong cup. It is rude to say that I have to give money, for fear that I will not give money. I thought that for my reasons, I came to a couple in Taiwan, and this attitude is also! We also said what happened, racial discrimination! The room is on the top floor and it is hot in the evening, just in September! There are too few types of breakfast, 3 stars, 1 star is not worth it!

We traveled as a family to Wurtzburg for 2 nights. It's your typical chain hotel but there were two issues for our family. 1. The shower was a danger zone. You had to climb over the tub and there wasn't much of anything to grab onto except the towel rack. It had a partial glass door on the tub so you couldn't grab that as it moved. To add to the danger, the bathtub floor was slippery. Three members of our traveling group are seniors, but even younger me felt unsafe getting in and out. 2. If you are driving a larger car like we were and are not an experienced European driver then both the surface parkade and underground parkade are not suitable. Thankfully there was a huge parking lot just across the street and down a very short way. The breakfast was very good, they had lots of variety. The room was clean, and the location was great. For dinner, we went to the beer garden across the street and it was very good. If it wasn't for the dangerous bathtub situation, I would have given this hotel 4 stars.

Had we any idea of the difficulty, we would have planned far in advance or, more likely, selected a different property. Hotel staff work very hard, and the result is a very clean, well run hotel, with everything you need, given that it is three-star lodging. In other words, you can expect a small shower stall (but strong, hot water), only the necessary towels, and one extra large, fluffy pillow. For the hotel's size size, breakfast is decent, and there is unlimited coffee which does not compensate for there being no coffee in the guest room. Six of us traveled together, and the breakfast area is not set up for room to spare at busy hours. At the front desk, staff worked hard to answer questions, indicating directions on their maps, and making worthwhile suggestions. This is not a fancy hotel. But were we to come here again without a vehicle, we would stay here again. With a vehicle, we would speak with the hotel first to assure that they would have a spot for us.

It's a very good hotel. I really like it. The environment and hardware are very good. The location is superior, the scenery is beautiful, the service is considerate, the praise is great. I will stay next time

When I come to Würzburg, then very happy to go to Hotel Residence. Here you are in the middle of the city. Admired as with friends has really good rooms. And when you go to the staircase or lift, you see Franz Mohr left as a rider of the gifts. Whoever comes to Würzburg and who wants to be in the middle of the city, but still wants to rest, he is right here.

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. The hotel is very convenient to travel across from the railway station. The front desk clerk is very enthusiastic, especially after we checked out, we took the luggage and prepared to leave. He took the initiative to help us carry the two boxes to the roadside downstairs. There were roughly a dozen steps at the entrance of the hotel without elevator luggage. Can only be carried by hand

The hotel is super located. You are very fast in the city centre and at the residence. The room was extremely small for the price paid. Very small double bed, mattresses were older, no refrigerator, water cooker or other comforts in the room. No proper door to the bathroom. This is only separated by a glass door from the rest of the room. The ”door” is not close - no noise or vision protection. The whole building and the hall to the rooms have come in the years. The lady at the reception was not particularly prevalent, have received telephone calls during check-in, not greeted at the visitor and go and was very overburdened so no information was given to business. As said, the location is optimal. For the price I would never visit the hotel again.
