The facilities are pretty good👍but the service is too bad. I didn’t get through to the front desk after many attempts! They said they could store luggage, but when I called they got no response! The platform didn’t even send the message! Not recommended!

Dit is echt qua service een vreselijk slecht hotel. Je komt alleen binnen door electronisch in te checken, er is niemand, ook niet als je klachten hebt. En die zijn er veel: bij ontbijt is er niemand en de koffiemachine doet het niet (briefje erop: out of order); kamer wordt niet schoongemaakt, er is geen toiletpapier en bij wie kan je daarover klagen? Kamers zijn OK, maar afwezigheid van personeel klopt er niets van en raad ik een ieder af hier te gaan logeren. Voor de prijs die je hier betaalt, zijn veel betere hotels te vinden.

The room was ok but the check in was not so good. I did not receive a reservation number so I couldn't check in online. I emailed the hotel to inform them and did not receive a reply. Had to call the help line when I arrived at the hotel took me around 1 hour to check in. The person on the other end was very unfriendly. The breakfast was awful for €18 dried meats and cheese and awful coffee.
The room was ok for the price but everything else made it a bad experience.

Udemærket værelse. Personløs reception, hvilket er noget bøvl, hvis man kommer for tidligt. Heldigvis er der en restaurant, så man ikke går helt død på drikkevare.
