Ordentliches, etwas älteres Familienhotel. Sehr freundliche Kinderbetreuung und auch sonst sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Eher weniger etwas für Wellness, Fans und Fans des guten Essens. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, speziell für Familien Hotels ist angemessen

We visited this as a last moment booking for a 3 day weekend. Most of the Familotels usually want a week long reservation. Some are also within season and therefore sold out way ahead of time. We chose the highest tier appartment (red one) just for the extra space. The whole hotel looks dated, probably was prime 15-20 years ago. It has all the amennities you may need, however, so no complaints there. Kids loved the indoor pool, albeit basic. Reception spoke basic English, but some other staff didn't. The cafe/bar had a somewhat rude older employee. Customer service is not what you get in America. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good enough for us, dinner was better. Overall, I think you get a discount if you stay longer. Wurzburg is small, but there are things to do in the area. Good for winter and summer.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt wohl auch renovierte Zimmer, aber unseres war noch aus den 90ern. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich mit Standardangebot (Semmeln, Wurst/Käse, Marmelade, Müsli). Mittags gab es Kids All In, d.h. Kinder konnten sich am Buffet bedienen. Erwachsene hätten für 5-6 € essen können. Mittags und Abends war das Essen gut und abwechslungsreich, aber keine Besonderheit. Wirklich gut war die Kinderbetreuung im KidsClub und der Poolbereich. Vor dem Hotel gibt es 2 Hüpfburgen und einen Spielplatz. Leider gab es ab dem 3.OG kein wlan. Der Innenpool ist von 12-14 Uhr geschlossen. Mit Kindern bis 10 Jahren ist es ein gutes Mittelklassehotel, bei dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Das Hotel, von außen in einem gepflegteren Zustand mit sehr viel „Drum Rum“-Angebot für Kinder ist innen extrem in die Jahre gekommen bzw wahrscheinlich seit der Wende nie wieder renoviert oder saniert worden. Der deutsche Tourismus boomt seit Corona, darf aber aber nicht den Zahn der Zeit und das Revival der günstigen Angebote aus dem Ausland verpassen. Es ist wie gesagt viel geboten, aber die Zimmer und das komplette Innenleben des Hotels - speziell Zimmer und Mensa - sind stehengeblieben und benötigen DRINGEND ein Lifting. Das Essen ist OK, Fertigsalate, Obst aus dem Eimer/Dose Fritteusenessen, Päckchen-Suppen und Plastiksoßen. Es macht satt, mehr nicht. Für den überzogenen und unverschämten Preis einfach nur untere Klasse. 2-3 Tage mag das gehen, aber definitiv nicht länger. Das Personal zum größten Teil nett, zum Teil richtig alte (DDR) Schule. Wenn was getan wird, kann man hier irgendwann mal richtig toll Urlaub machen. Potential wäre vorhanden

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber die Einrichtung ist einfach zu alt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein man kann sich kaum drehen. Die Toiletten riecht ständig nach Urin. Das Abend-Buffet ist geschmacklich nicht sehr toll. Im Salat habe ich noch Sand und Erde gehabt. Das Fleisch ist definitiv zwei mal gestorben. Die Würze fehlt auch bei allen Gerichten. Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren die Brötchen sehr lecker, aber der Rest einfach auf Masse. Obwohl nicht viele Leute da sind. Das Schwimmbad ist kein Schwimmbad, sondern ein kalter dunkler Kellerraum. Haben uns nicht eine Minute wohl gefühlt. Definitiv war es das Geld überhaupt nicht Wert. Bereue es gebucht zu haben!!!
