The host was lovely and welcoming. Even remembered my name! The room was really good, and the modern bathroom was excellent. Every one of the usual featrues in a motel room, but nicer. * * * * I was only there for an overnight stop on my journey. In future, I may stay longer.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience my partner and I had at this motel was unacceptable. The owner was shockingly rude to my partner, berating her over a late check-out instead of simply informing us of any additional charges. This lack of professionalism was compounded by his condescending attitude when I pointed out his behavior. Rather than apologizing, he displayed an arrogant and cavalier demeanor, clearly uninterested in providing even basic customer service. Hospitality seems to be a foreign concept here. If you're looking for a pleasant, stress-free stay, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this establishment. There are plenty of other places that value and respect their guests – this is certainly not one of them. They racially profile you here too. He spoke to be in Mandarin, but I speak English only as a first language.

The accommodation was very good. It was clean. The bathroom was very modern. The linen was v good. The bed was comfortable. Carpet and chairs need updating. Televion didn't work so relocated to another room. Everytime you turn tv off you have to turn the remote off on TV you have to turn switch of & on on TV. Needs to be fixed or provide instructions. Please provide jug and glasses, and tea towel. Manager very helpful. Good value.
