Great hotel, centraly located, very nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee tea in the room, friendly helpful employees.
Only anoying experience is, that the check in procedures takes soo long, compared to other institutions. About 10 Minutes. It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following:
-Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com
- Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com
- Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant
- Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement)
- Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note.
Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster
Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!

Alles top wie immer! Klimatisiertes, sauberes Zimmer, gute Betten, geräumiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Das Frühstück hat alles, was man braucht und ist mit 16,90€ ok. Auch hier nette Mitarbeiter.

Het hotel heeft een parkeergarage maar let goed op de navigatie want anders mis je de ingang van deze garage mede door de eenrichtingsstraten in deze stad. We mochten vroeger inchecken omdat de kamer al gereed was. De kamer was niet al te groot maar wel netjes en voorzien van een waterkoker, twee comfortabele bedden, airco en voldoende stopcontacten. Er was geen minibar op de kamer. De badkamer was ruim, schoon en voorzien van een inloopdouche. De bar was niet heel erg druk, maar het happy hour maakte veel goed. Het ontbijt was prima en ook goed verzorgd. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en van een station van de Schwebebahn.

As always, a very nice stay with attentive staff, a nice big room, very clean, comfortable beds. The only annoying thing was that the TV volume couldn't be adjusted properly. But we were immediately offered a move to another room... The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the service was very friendly.

As a woman travelling alone, I felt extremely uncomfortable at the Premier Inn Hotel Wuppertal. The male service staff at the reception were extremely derogatory and disrespectful towards women. It seemed as if they had an antiquated understanding of gender roles that is unacceptable. Their condescending attitude greatly affected my stay and made me feel unwelcome. The location of the hotel is extremely advantageous, directly next to the lovely Luisenviertel. It is only a few steps to an incredibly rich selection of restaurants for a city like Wuppertal. The rooms are equipped to standard and clean. The hotel offers parking in the parking garage below the hotel, which is easily accessible by elevator. The breakfast buffet could be a bit more extensive. However, no one leaves breakfast hungry and it is therefore enough for one night. I cannot recommend this hotel based solely on the disrespectful behavior of the staff towards women.

The room is good, they charge you a different price every day, crazy. The breakfast is quite expensive and it's nothing out of this world, we haven't had sliced bread for a week (with the €15 they charge, it's obvious that it doesn't reach them) and I've already complained about it twice, the tetrabrick juice , and the fruit they put, a little soggy.
