Great hotel, centraly located, very nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee tea in the room, friendly helpful employees.
Only anoying experience is, that the check in procedures takes soo long, compared to other institutions. About 10 Minutes. It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following:
-Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com
- Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com
- Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant
- Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement)
- Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note.
Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster
Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!

Das Hotel ist einigermaßen zentral gelegen. Zimmer war okay, allerdings ließ sich das Zimmer nicht vollständig abdunkeln. In den Sommermonaten sicher nicht sehr schön. Das Duschgel war nicht gut, es machte die Haare strohig. Ansonst gab es im Bad nur noch einen Seifenspender. Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage des Hotels ist mit 13 Euro pro Tag grenzwertig. Das wichtigste für mich ist immer das Frühstück. Das Frühstück kostet satte 18 Euro pro Tag. Statt der drei Sterne, die ich fürs Hotel gegeben hätte, gibt es Aufgrund des miesen Frühstücks nur ein Stern. Kein Bäcker würde sich trauen, solch misslungenen Brötchen zu verkaufen!! Diese kleinen, offenbar massiv zusammengefallenen "Brötchen" ließen sich kaum mit dem Messer schneiden. Sahen grauenhaft/ unappetitlich aus und hatten kein guten Geschmack. Frisch waren sie wohl auch nicht. Nie wieder hier.

Alles top wie immer! Klimatisiertes, sauberes Zimmer, gute Betten, geräumiges Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Das Frühstück hat alles, was man braucht und ist mit 16,90€ ok. Auch hier nette Mitarbeiter.

Het hotel heeft een parkeergarage maar let goed op de navigatie want anders mis je de ingang van deze garage mede door de eenrichtingsstraten in deze stad. We mochten vroeger inchecken omdat de kamer al gereed was. De kamer was niet al te groot maar wel netjes en voorzien van een waterkoker, twee comfortabele bedden, airco en voldoende stopcontacten. Er was geen minibar op de kamer. De badkamer was ruim, schoon en voorzien van een inloopdouche. De bar was niet heel erg druk, maar het happy hour maakte veel goed. Het ontbijt was prima en ook goed verzorgd. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en van een station van de Schwebebahn.

Tutto perfetto, pulito, rilassante tranquillo adatto alle famiglie a tutti per affari per divertimento, il personale del albergo disponibili e gentilissimi. La camera molto pulita, rifornita con Tee , caffè. Letto comodissimo.un ambiente molto curato.
