J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne fait pas partie d’une chaîne. Ma chambre était spacieuse, extrêmement propre, le ménage a été fait soigneusement tous les jours. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec un personnel attentionné. Ce fut aussi le cas à la réception, avec des employés aimables et efficaces. Enfin, la situation très centrale de l’hôtel, dans le centre ville et à proximité de la gare, constitue encore un atout supplémentaire.

Awful experience with this hotel, communication is none existent. Never get back to emails or phone calls. I just hope everything goes well at the hotel as if it doesn’t you’re in for a dreadful experience. Complete radio silence in how they deal with a situation. I made a mistake when booking initially and then from that date forward it’s been an awful experience with little to no sympathy to my situation. Never ever will I go to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

We were going to the euros and saw this hotel for £100 per night. In places like cologne they were charging near £300. Right away the price of this place was good. The lady on reception was friendly and told us all the information we would need and explained the night entrance to us very well. We were also promised twin beds in the room and we were given them. The breakfast at €20 pp is a scam so we avoided that as there are plenty to places to eat and drink in the area. The room was basic but it was clean and spacious enough. The beds were comfy and it also has a tv (only German channels but it’s expected really.) The toilet has an adequate shower. They leave free water and glasses in the rooms too. Overall this is a good hotel that does the job for a few nights at a great price during a major tournament. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

A pleasant small hotel with a friendly welcome. Smallish single room with typical German pillow [square and floppy which I dislike]. Easy access to tonw, restaurants and the station. Good breakfast and easy checkout

Hôtel situé au centre de Wuppertal mais très peu pratique car il ne possède pas de parking. De taille modeste il n’a rien d’exceptionnel et n’est pas si bon marché. La chambre que j’ai eu n’était pas de toute jeunesse avec une odeur horrible de cigarette alors qu’il est écrit interdit de fumer dans l’établissement. Le petit déjeuner est pas mal mais plutôt de taille réduite. En résumé mis à part son emplacement au centre de Wuppertal, cet hôtel n’a rien de particulier et je recommanderai plutôt d’en trouver un autre aux alentours.

Nettes Personal, geräumiges und ruhiges Zimmer. Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig (verdreckter Rasierspiegel, Kalk- und Schmutzablagerungen in der Dusche, übler Geruch im Zimmer, einschließlich Bettwäsche/Matratze). Reinigung erfolgte zwar nach Reklamation, aber statt einer Entschuldigung hat man auch noch das im Zimmer eingestellte Mineralwasser verrechnet.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und der Servicewar ausgezeichnet. Der Heizkörper im Zimmer war etwas zu klein und daher war es nicht warm genug. Zusatzdecken wären wichtig gewesen. Sonst hat es uns gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und von der Umgebung war kein Lärm zu hören.
