設施：設備齊全，浴室的水也不錯
衞生：很乾凈，一看地磚的顏色就知道老闆是乾淨人
環境：很温馨，有家的感覺
服務：非常熱情，現在這樣的民宿不好找了，看得出老闆很用心在經營，建議大家來茶卡入住他家

非常好的民宿，老闆很熱情，乾淨衞生，周邊很多吃的東西。還可以代訂茶卡鹽湖的門票。兩家人家定一個套房很方便。

衞生環境服務都還不錯，但房間太小，衞生間更小，房間裏除了兩張床加一個牀頭櫃，別的什麼都沒有（也放不下），行李東西衹能放在床上。衞生間的一次性用品也都是最廉價的。
