設施：很好，喜歡游泳池
衞生：還算乾淨
環境：好多泉眼，看着就覺得正宗
服務：還算熱情，行李多建議跟前台説不要三樓，因為沒電梯，對長者家來説還是高了

除了遠，新裝修的房間都很好。就是廁所設計有點弊端，玻璃門刮腳。温泉太真了，每個都是40°以上，小孩衹能泡一兩個池。泥漿浴太貴，酒店衹送一次。男衞更衣沒有乾衣機。早餐一般。

別墅房間，需要爬樓梯（三樓），温泉超一流池子很多，而且都特別的乾淨，熱礦泥的味道一言難盡。餐廳出品很不錯，灰常滿意。

酒店環境不錯，當天到的時候，温泉很多因為落葉和泡的人多導致看着有點臟的即視感，更重要的是整個湯泉裏都沒有立牌嚴禁客人抽煙和帶食物進入温泉池裡，我看到有很多大叔，爺爺輩的在水裡邊泡邊抽煙還喝茶吃東西，非常不衞生！反饋給工作人員，他們説也很無奈，害怕客人投訴！但值得欣慰的是第二天早上過去泡，他們有重新把池子都刷乾淨，放水讓人泡！熱礦泥也很舒服，很值得一去，孩子們也很喜歡！吃飯在酒店大門口就有，也可以自駕外出找吃的，但是宵夜真的是沒有的！

房間細小，淋浴間更細小。泥浴門票貴价衹許泡20分鐘，上午十點多鐘池子裏沒其他人，服務員催促着去沖洗，體驗感不好。游泳池是温泉水很好。

總體來説都是不錯的，因為是春節期間去，人比我想象中少很多，温泉裏面的服務員態度也很好，就是前台人多的時候顧不上，房間較小無電梯，需要自己搬行李上樓
