Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

My family’s stay at the Hilton Wuhan Riverside hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff, from receptionist, to aiyi’s, to the servers at breakfast, were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well kept; the temperature of the room was ok and could be adjusted; the breakfast had an ok selection. I would come here again with my family.

The room has a beautiful river view. All photos were taken in the room. You don't need to go out to see the river view. It is the only river beach room on the Yangtze River. It has a private river beach and a unique location. It is close to Qingchuan Pavilion, next to Yingwuzhou, behind Guishan and Guqintai, and across the river in front is the Yellow Crane Tower, which captures all the poems of Cui Hao. Go downstairs to the river beach and cross the river for 3 minutes, and you will reach the Yellow Crane Tower. The dishes are also first-class, the glutinous rice cake fish is delicious, and special thanks to Miss Yang Ling in the restaurant and Miss Tu Wenwen at the front desk, who made me feel at home.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I highly recommend it. The service staff are very efficient and the hotel facilities are very complete. I personally like the mattress in the room. It is moderately soft and hard. It is very friendly to people like me who have a bad waist. The rain shower in the bathroom has a strong water pressure. The cost performance is super high. The lobby is very bright and you can read for free. The space in the breakfast room is very large. The speed of cleaning the room for renewal is also very fast. I must give it a five-star praise. I highly recommend it

This is a newly opened hotel, and its environment and facilities are considered the best around. However, the curtains in the king-size room we stayed in this time did not open and close automatically, while the curtains in the last room we stayed in all opened and closed automatically. When I ordered takeout at the hotel before, sometimes it was delivered by a robot, and sometimes I had to go down and get it myself. This time, because of something urgent, I went out at noon, bought something in advance and sent it to the hotel, thinking of coming back to the front desk to pick it up to save time. I wanted to leave the takeaway at the front desk, but the hotel said no. If I wasn't there, I wouldn't be able to pick it up even if the robot delivered it to the room door. The restaurant only had toothpicks but no dental floss. Many small details of service are really not good and need to be improved

A friend came to Wuhan for business and is in Hanyang District. Booked this hotel for him and we are very satisfied. The hotel front desk enthusiastically introduced us to several delicious restaurants in Hanyang. The room is large and clean, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is great. The most convenient thing is that it is very close to Guiyuan Temple. I can go there with my friends to burn incense and eat at local Wuhan restaurants.

The space is OK, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene needs to be improved (details); the subway station is not as close as described, but it is not far away. If the distance is not far, it is also convenient to take a taxi; the surrounding facilities are relatively mature, and there is a snack street behind that has breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snacks. Disadvantages: Members usually get a free room upgrade and breakfast, this is the only time I streaked...

這次入住凱里亞德武漢王家灣四新大道地鐵站店，體驗感直接拉滿，必須好好誇一誇！ 位置真的太加分了，離四新大道地鐵站幾步路就到，不管是去王家灣商圈逛街，還是往市區其他地方跑，出行都超省心，對拖着行李的旅客來説太友好了。 酒店的設計風格很有特色，大堂明亮大氣，房間裏的佈置也讓人覺得舒服，乾淨整潔是基本操作，床品睡得特別踏實，晚上安靜不吵，完全沒被外界打擾。 前台服務效率很高，辦理入住退房都很快，工作人員態度熱情，有問必答，細節處很貼心。早餐種類足夠豐富，熱菜、粥品、麪包水果都有，味道家常可口，吃得很舒服。 整體性價比沒得説，下次來武漢這附近，肯定還選這家，推薦給有需要的朋友～

I stayed at the Westin Hanyang after returning from a trip abroad. Bella at the front desk saw that I was tired from the journey and helped me arrange a room as soon as possible. She also sent me some fruit and kindly reminded me of the surrounding business districts and travel methods. I also want to thank the sister who cleaned the room on the 15th floor for her tireless help in sending me toiletries. The gym and swimming pool are well managed and maintained, and I decisively renewed my reservation for two more days!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, a large bathtub, and a spacious shower. The toiletries were excellent, each stored in custom Ramada storage boxes. The attention to detail was evident. I especially want to praise the front desk lady, Xiao Yang. Her smile was incredibly friendly and her service was incredibly professional during check-in. Check-out was also very efficient. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. My child wrote ”Happy” on the bottom of their hot dry noodles bowl after finishing them!
