酒店位置好找，交通便利，到主要景點騎車或者坐車都很方便。房間乾淨，插頭等細節處很貼心，像在自己家一樣方便。床品也舒服乾爽，完全對得起這個價錢。讓人最最滿意的是他們的服務，簡直是超級棒！無論是前台的熱心微笑服務，還是管家樂樂每天微信的問詢，都讓人感到無比貼心。特別要提及的是經歷了三個讓我感動的事兒，一是，當我洗衣服時，房間的衣架不夠，問前台是不是能多拿兩個，想不到，馬上拿來七八個衣架，還拿來了晾衣桿！事兒小，卻能解決實際問題，衣服一夜都晾乾了。2是，訂房間時，平台用積分少定了一份早餐，跟前台溝通後，不僅送我一份，又給我免費升級房型，在房間內就可以看到黃鶴樓，真是喜出望外！3是，酒店有三公里內免費送客服務！真是沒想到，我們也不是vip，也能享受到這樣的服務! 特別是，焦主任親自開車，幫我們拿行李，忙前忙後的，讓人感動！前台放了九宮格的小組件，創可貼，頭繩，指甲鉗，針線包，耳塞等，還有塗傷口的碘伏消毒棉簽！這種貼心的服務，超過了五星級的涉外酒店，房價不貴，中西自助早餐，品種多樣，味道好，很豐盛。總之，由衷的感謝攜程給我推薦的好酒店，讓我們在美麗的武漢，享受好景色，好服務。武漢值得一遊，凱萊西是武漢酒店的優質名片，強烈推薦來武漢遊玩的朋友。

連續續住了三天，服務周到嗯，入住之後客房管家樂樂便加了微信，有事隨時可以聯繫，服務態度特別好。房間內可以可以看到黃鶴樓、長江，早餐也很豐富。
