訂房的時候官網展示的是圖一到圖三，整一面窗户 可以看到黃鶴樓，結果實際入住給的房間是圖四到圖六，圖四衹有一窄條窗户，窗簾後面都是牆！第二天回來找前台問，前台接待態度很惡劣（就是第一天辦入住時讓掃碼加微信的員工）頭都不抬，用頭頂跟我説話（我去反映問題的時候，她自己搞了什麼鬼當然心裡有數，所以態度很惡劣）我説給的房間跟我定的不一樣，她竟然問我説，你訂的房間有看黃鶴樓，有不看黃鶴樓的，要哪種？我呵呵了，請問要是你訂房你會選哪種呢？我衹告訴她，要我訂的圖片那種！！最後換到我訂的房型，如圖七所示！大家入住時一定要留意，是否和自己訂的房型一致！！！還有大家訂房的時候可以選擇不含早餐的價格，早餐真的比較簡陋，種類很少，質量也不高，用餐的人很少，看來大家都很瞭解如家早餐的品質，強烈建議大家不要選早餐了！！！衞生打掃也很不及時，下午兩點回來房間還沒打掃。洗手液沒有了，早上就在小程序叫了客房送物，接單後也一直沒有來送，過了兩個多小時，直到出門前也沒有送來。下午回來後，房間打掃完了，但是洗手液也沒有補充，又給前台打電話，客房阿姨才送來，也不知道前台讓掃碼加微信，可以客房送物的意義在哪！難道衹是為了完成任務？辦入住時一個女員工讓掃碼加微信，説要在微信裏領早餐券，給了二維碼就走了，留下另一個給我辦入住的員工，最後告訴我早餐報房號就行。所以加微信衹是為了完成任務？
