窗景和地段值99%的房費，衞生，環境，設施不咋地，一言難盡。

（店主人很好，但是希望改善衞生）
設施：很老很舊，其實不能叫酒店的，更像名宿，或者出租房🥹
衞生：衞生真的要改善下！！很鬧心，廁所的排氣扇，幾年沒清理的樣子，全是臟東西😖空調應該也是很久沒清洗，整個房間的空氣很差。沙發真的不如不要放，或者套個沙發套也行，看着太臟了唉。
環境：如果你衹想要看江景，位置是可以的，江景挺好的，但是我是沒心情看了，因為房間衞生讓我很難受
服務：店主人很好，很熱心，會打電話告訴你怎麼走。

衞生：衞生一般，江景房外面的玻璃包漿的，建議清洗一下平時。
設施：浴室的花灑🚿，角度太高，很難用也調不低。整體裏面的設施挺普通的，有點像老客棧，不過武漢的公寓酒店，都是這樣的了沒辦法
