酒店位置不錯，離地鐵站挺近的，服務熱情。但是，入住的兩天，房間門口正好在維修，導致房間內有點異味。沐浴間下水不行，第一天下水慢，第二天直接堵住了。親子房的房間比較小，有點活動不開

這家酒店整體還是不錯的，位置很好，離地鐵口近，出門就是。離湖北省博物館也不遠，不到2公里，可以騎車過去，也不堵。能看到東湖，環境不錯，雖然我們也沒咋在酒店賞景～
衞生上，還算乾淨，浴室是嵌入頂部牆裡的頂噴。不太滿意的點就是隔音不太好。

衞生，環境位置都還可以
衹是不明白為什麼在節假日的時間酒店前台接待衹有一位員工，有點亂，如果不是我説明是我先來的，員工就會先要給其他人辦理入住。而且第二天晚上回酒店的時候我特地留意，依然是衹有一位。

前台小姐姐彭錦服務很好。得知我們一家三口，孩子稍大，很積極幫我們協調房間，讓我們這次的旅程能住的舒服。在此感謝。
酒店白天和夜間提供不同食物，白天有飲料和爆米花，晚上有酒釀和粥品，很貼心。
服務員的態度都非常好。來武漢是清明假期，也遇到了30度酒店不開啟中央空調的問題。這是最大的bug，導致兩晚都熱醒。希望這點要人性化處理。
