設施：不隔音，不隔音，不隔音，18樓都能聽到街上，還有隔壁房間以至於逼我晚上11點換房間
房間電話給前台打電話，對方聽不到
空調不行，兩個房間，一個空調23°，就熱的像32°
另外一個房間，調到29°，還沒有19°，操作垃圾
衞生：房間有異味，房間有異味
環境：看上去還可以
服務：前台服務還行，但是其餘都差勁，因為太吵，我要求換房間，夜班人員半句不想聽你説話，衹想把你帶到新房間，然後走人

酒店是新裝修的，大氣上檔次，停車方便，早餐也豐盛，離東湖不遠，打車地鐵都很便利，樓下還有免費的深夜暖心粥，很人性化，是一次不錯的選擇
