酒店地理位置很好，出門過馬路就是7號線沙河街地鐵站，出行很便利，離黃鶴樓曇華林都很近，房間乾淨整潔，床墊舒適。前台辦理入住很快，大堂副理cathy熱情周到，總體很棒，下次來武漢旅遊還會再來入住！

前台kiki小姐姐主動升級了高層湖景房，並贈送手繪賞櫻地圖，連小眾打卡點都標得清清楚楚，房間有櫻花布置，非常細心，床品柔軟舒適，酒店配的櫻花專車服務省去排隊煩惱，酒店整體風格簡約大方，細節滿分！
