挺好的，就是頂樓風大要關好門窗。前台服務什麼的都很及時，有什麼問題像換房啊打掃衞生啊很快就可以解決，態度很積極。

凌晨到的酒店、不給礦泉水、當時有別的小女生問前台要礦泉水、前台給了、我們要礦泉水、不給、説明天給。然後到了房間、衹有一個枕頭、呼叫前台、給枕頭、説沒有！凌晨4點才洗漱完睡覺！中午起得比較晚。退房超時了點時間。還提前打招呼了、説住進來睡得晚！起晚了。稍微延遲個一會會。直接前台不同意！要加錢！鑽在錢眼裡了。態度很強硬！態度很惡劣！嚴重影響我的心情。對武漢大打折扣！這是對顧客極大的不尊重！非常不爽！！！！n
