second time here this month. love the front desk, very professional, very caring and helpful in every way. far exceeding the top levels of service you'd expect. check in is fast, professional, rooms are clean, food is great. you feel safe here at all times and the staff is quick to help when you need a recommendation. this is a very family friendly hotel and i am incredibly impressed. I want to especially thank this person at the front desk, even if she's too shy to claim credit for it. She helped us in every way when we got here and helped make the entire trip smooth.

Even though this hotel is near the Wuhan railway station, it is not possible to walk there as there are many the blockages by highways and ramps. There is an hourly bus taking hotel guests to the railway station if one register at the front desk beforehand. No breakfast in the hotel. One has to eat in food stores near the hotel. Generally quiet area.

Excellent location next to the train station and very spacious room. The only downside is not able to accept international bank credit cards.

Nice hotel close to the high speed railway station. Has a laundry room free to use. The hotel breakfast has great varieties.
The only downside: there's no restaurant in the hotel and there are not many businesses nearby. It can be hard to find food.

Very near the train station except some ground work is happening and blocked, you need to walk a big round to reach the hotel. All shops in the underground mall are closed and only left with 3 shops, small eatery, supermarket and shop selling liquor and cigarette.
Room is big and clean, hotel staffs are very polite and helpful
