暑期自駕游來到烏海，這是我一路上住過的最舒服的酒店，房間超級大，服務特別好，床品也很舒服，房間裏面的飲料，啤酒，小零食都是免費的。早餐也很好吃，品種多。晚上的麪條和粥也不錯，總之，這是一家很有愛的酒店

這家酒店服務特別細心，早上一早就給車子擦的乾乾淨淨。提供免費洗衣服務。周邊餐飲很多，衞生乾淨，房間也很大。

首先不是沙漠景房 窗户看出去就是普通的街景，其次酒店及附近沒有充電樁，開電車來的慎選，充電不方便；最後房間衹是普通浴缸不是按摩浴缸且不一定能用，因為可能套房長期沒人住，衞生間的水都是黃色，放水放了一個多小時依舊是黃色，別説用浴缸泡澡，洗漱都是問題。叫來了工程人員從九點多折騰到快十二點無法洗漱。酒店衹能給做退房處理，再次換房的價格還不如攜程自己定便宜。價格或者補償方面説經理沒有權限。第二天延遲退房也最多到3點，依舊是權限問題。以後肯定是不會來了。
