This hotel is truly terrible! The carpet is full of moth holes, and the room and bathroom reek of stench. The so-called "suite" didn't even have a wardrobe, hangers, or a spare quilt. It took a long time to get one. The first receptionist was sullen the entire time and had no service ethic at all! The only positive thing about it was the guy who fixed the shower; he was very friendly! I paid almost 300 yuan for this mess! Everyone, avoid!

I have been on a business trip to Wuhai for 3 years and have stayed there many times. The service is getting worse and worse. The front desk is not in a hurry to check in, and the attitude is getting worse and worse.

總體來説還不錯的酒店 房間很大 三個人住 感覺像住了一個會議室 空間大 還能商務洽談 地理位置也不錯 樓下吃飯便利 離成吉思汗那個景點也很近 周邊很熱鬧 就是酒店樓下太臭了 戴口罩都擋不住😂 換毛巾，清理垃圾都很及時 就是酒店收拾房間不疊被子 我也不知道這是不是正常

因為是5:00的火車住到，到4:00多兩個還要我半天房費，我去住那個酒店比這個酒店貴比這個酒店好人説給説一聲就行

非常好的一個酒店，房間很大，浴室衞生，睡覺也安靜，大堂大氣，還有合心意的自助洗衣房，對出差和旅遊的人不用擔心衣服是否會不會幹。推薦入住。

頭一個晚上就洗了個冷水澡！大人孩子集體感冒發燒，小孩咳嗽超嚴重，跟酒店反應好幾次，一點都不帶理人的！一共住了9天！一點折扣沒有，真的沒住過這麼差勁的酒店
