非常好，必須5星好評！前台小姐姐非常熱情周到，上午9點提前電話告知我們山頂沒有超市，如果要吃零食、水果，自己在山下買了帶上來，非常貼心；山頂風景巨好，雲海很漂亮！有時間還會來！

我真的真的強烈安利這個酒店，整個山頂衹有這個酒店，絕美的風景，與世隔絕的安靜，山下35度山上15度，帶外套，叫尹君的前台的必須重點提一下，態度很好很熱心，幫忙把行李和我們一起開車送到房間門口，離開的時候也會來接，房間落地窗也一覽無餘的美景，酒店餐廳不錯，餈粑魚很好吃

這次入住獨嶺雲頂酒店簡直是一場驚喜之旅！酒店坐擁絕佳地理位置，推窗即見翻湧雲海，房間設計獨特，無論是温馨木屋還是個性集裝箱別墅，地暖、智能設備一應俱全，細節之處盡顯品質。前台工作人員全程熱情貼心，接送服務，從入住指引到遊玩推薦都細緻周到。餐飲也很贊，地道的五峯美食讓人回味無窮，下次還想來！

首先，這個地方是不錯的。説實話，在酒店住着，悠閑避暑是很錯的選擇。
但是，服務水平和服務質量非常不好。五一期間忙肯定是忙的。但是，明顯能感覺到，酒店並沒有為五一做好充足的準備。
第一，吃飯很不方便。酒店在山上，衹有酒店的餐廳。那真的是非常混亂，一個菜沒有半個小時，搞不定。明顯是工作人員不足。
第二，酒店在山上，我們住的房間距離前台較遠。退房的時候，因為有行李，需要酒店的接駁車。但是，這個接駁車等了起碼四十分鐘才到，因為整個酒店衹有一個接駁車。一次衹能接兩三個人，如果還有行李的話。更絕望的是，前台電話根本打不通！
總之，地方是好地方，但酒店真心一般。
