真不知説點啥。衝著温泉酒店去的，結果入住了告訴説酒店的温泉泡池不開，要泡温泉需要再花108一個人去別的地方泡，瞬間感覺服務打折了！然後就是房間智能馬桶智能功能不能用，電視投屏也壞了，真無語。好在整個五大連池環境不錯，天然氧吧。這家酒店已經是景區比較好的了。整個景區接待能力和設施都有待提高！

有點像療養院，酒店空間挺大，還有泳池，但沒開放。遠眺可以看到遠方的火山口和池子。停車場很大，有空調。衞生等條件都不錯，乾濕分離，就是洗澡的隔間有點小，而沐浴液太大瓶。建議在裏面弄個大點的架子。

酒店在景區中距離温泊和北葯泉比較近車程5分鐘最後但不算是最近的整體設施和衞生還不錯前台老闆像專業的導遊一樣辦理入住時就給我們介紹了景物的景點和遊玩方式推薦了200元/天司機還比較方便
