The location is fantastic. The owner was incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home. The food they served was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The room was spotless, and I had a very comfortable stay. It's also conveniently located not far from the performance venue. The owner was incredibly kind, going above and beyond to help with things like booking train tickets. Even though we had an early departure on our last day, they still prepared breakfast for us bright and early.

This is a newly renovated, family-run guesthouse, and it's spotlessly clean. The lovely owner is incredibly welcoming, making every guest feel right at home. The atmosphere is truly warm and inviting. We originally planned for a two-night stay, but Xuegu offered such great value for money that we decided to extend our trip by another night. It was absolutely wonderful! What truly stood out was an incident one evening during our stay, around 11 PM. A group of Thai guests arrived. One of them seemed to be a solo traveler who wasn't with the group and couldn't find their pre-booked hotel. To make matters worse, their phone battery had died. This brave traveler even went out alone to search for their place in the bitter cold – it was below minus 20 degrees Celsius! Fearing she might freeze, the guesthouse owner immediately arranged for someone to go find the Thai traveler and offered her a place to stay at their guesthouse. This act of kindness and hospitality was truly exceptional! Thumbs up!

The room was spotless and had a private bathroom. We stayed for two days and were genuinely reluctant to leave, as it truly felt like home. The meals were absolutely delicious, even better than what we had in Snow Village, and the overall experience was fantastic. The host family was incredibly warm and welcoming, and our child had a wonderful time. We even regretted not staying an extra night on our drive home. Choosing to stay in Xuegu was definitely the best decision of our entire trip. We'll certainly be back!

We arrived on January 26th and spent the New Year in Xuegu. The boss and the uncles and aunts were very enthusiastic, especially the aunt's pot-baked pork was not so sour or sweet, and the taste was very suitable for my child and me. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. My daughter's request was to let her play in the snow, watch the snow and lie in the snow. The boss gave us very detailed suggestions and arranged all the tickets and transportation for us. There was no need to worry about finding the direction. It was a one-stop service and would consider saving money and the best route for us to play. The room was quiet, clean and tidy. We arrived at noon on the first day and went to the ski resort in the afternoon. We had a lot of fun skiing, snowboarding and skating. On the second day, we went to Wusongling. The scenery on the top of the mountain was beautiful, and there were many attractions. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset of Wusongling due to the weather, but the children had a lot of fun playing in the snow and returned with great pleasure. On the third day, we crossed Yangcao Mountain. The boss helped us buy tickets in advance in the evening, arranged all the transportation, and gave us suggestions for playing. The whole experience was perfect. The children experienced horse-drawn sleighs, snowmobiles, and big slides (using small skateboards). The scenery on the top of the Yangcao Mountain is particularly beautiful! It is simply the kingdom of white snow. After browsing Yangcao Mountain, we arrived at Xuexiang. At 11 o'clock on New Year's Eve, the boss invited us to have a real Northeast New Year's Eve dinner: a dumpling banquet (the aunts made it themselves, and they would put coins in it. Whoever eats it will be full of luck in the new year). It was very lively to celebrate the New Year with the boss's family. Xuegu is a tourist attraction spontaneously organized and operated by the villagers. It is well organized. As long as you book a homestay, all the food, drink and fun can be handed over to the homestay owner. It is absolutely warm and thoughtful one-stop service. There is a big stage in the town of Xuegu. There is a bonfire party at 7 o'clock in the evening, karaoke and disco, which is quite lively. Compared with Xuexiang, Xuegu has more of the original ecology of a real Northeast rural town. The price and room rate are even more touching cost-effective, and there are more places to play in the snow. It is the king of cost-effectiveness. For those who like to play in the snow, it is recommended to leave a few days for Snow Valley and Ruixueju in your trip. It will definitely be worth it and you will have endless fun!
