It was very confusing at first that Ibis and Novotel were in the same building and had the same reception. Check-in was carried out by the same person for both hotels and so the waiting time was particularly long. The pillowcases were not completely clean and had a few black stains. Otherwise everything was fine.

The bathroom in the room is very large, the bed is small, the location is convenient, the parking fee is very expensive, 105 zloty a day. Breakfast is average, the surrounding streets are beautiful, suitable for travel and leisure, there is no subway nearby.

The staff were friendly and very kind. My boyfriend had an online meeting in the morning and when we asked the reception, they arranged a meeting room for him. In addition, our room was clean and very nice. All our needs were met. You should definitely add breakfast when booking the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The location was also very good. We usually preferred to walk, but there are tram stops and nextbike bicycles right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for everything. 😊😊😊
