喜歡這個酒店，Spa就是免費的泡澡，原來還以為是按摩搞錯了，也是可以預訂按摩的，但是要另外加收費用，哈哈環境不錯

An outstanding hotel in every sense. The staff in reception, the spa, bar, and restaurant were absolutely wonderful so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They’re an absolute credit to the hotel. Our penthouse suite was flawless, and the spa was simply out of this world. Dinner was exceptional truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, all set against beautiful grounds. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. Faultless from start to finish.

Great spa and lunch . The food was excellent. But the icing on the cake was the massage . I’ve had massages all over the world but this one by the young lady called Chantelle was superb . You can tell she has been taught well . I will be back. Definitely

My wife and I have been here numerous times and we’re always hugely impressed by the high standards here. The whole vibe of the hotel is very uplifting, with its beautiful rural setting, exemplary staff, and incredible styling and design. It’s a true sanctuary, a happy place to keep going back to. Staff are warm, friendly and efficient. The Spa features are many and varied, well maintained, and always a highlight of our stays at the hotel. Mealtimes are always a highlight too. The food was very tasty and of an obvious high quality, in keeping with the high standards of the hotel. Personal thanks to our amazing evening waiter Miles who we had a lovely conversation with at the table. Bar staff were superbly helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast waiting staff were bright and very pleasant. I’m delighted to be posting such a complimentary review, as The Spa Hotel is an exceptional place in all aspects. We’ll definitely be back.

Our first visit to this wonderful hotel and spa. From the point of arrival all staff were superb and extremely professional and always on hand to assist with anything. The spa experience was absolutely fantastic the best I’ve had in years. The Orangery restaurant was again very good the food quality and service excellent for both evening dinner and also breakfast. We can’t wait to return.

We stayed at the spa hotel for our wedding anniversary which was mentioned when booking but not acknowledged throughout our stay. We had a balcony room which was gorgeous. However, it sounded like next door were having a rave whilst getting drunk on their balcony. It’s not what you want when you’ve gone there to relax. I do agree with others regarding the hot tubs, they get very busy. We had a lovely massage but at the end the lady called me by a completely different name and gave me a card with treatments she’d used on myself and my husband but again got my name completely wrong. We spent a lot of money for the spa and overnight stay, I think attention to detail costs nothing but they lacked that the whole way through. Evening meal was lovely but felt like we were sat very close to the next table. I can’t fault the guy who delivered our breakfast to the room the following morning though, he was lovely and very attentive. Lovely grounds, lovely room, lovely food.

Lovely clean room..with kettle, tea coffee and milk refreshed daily..Beds lovely and comfortable...Stayed two nights and well worth the price payed..nice and modern..Although no breakfast included there are plenty places to eat..the tea rooms do a fantastic bacon or sausage barm!..My daughter and son in law had their wedding at Ribby Hall..and everything was perfect...compliments to all the staff involved they could not have done any more for everyone...Highly Recommended..

Booked via phone, contacting Ribby Hall direct. Got a room at the motel for £49 for a Sunday night. Can check in from 2pm, until 12pm next day. Excellent value for money! Immaculate room, well equipped and right in the centre on it all. The reception, Spar shop, Health Club and restaurants all within a 2 min walk from the motel. I stayed with my partner and 14 month old son. Plenty to do such as swimming pool, soft play, gym, that are all free and included in room price. Noticed there is a weekly entertainment calendar with various things to do for kids at a small charge. There are also bars, restaurants, Papa Johns, Starbucks and an entertainment area on the complex too. Absolutely fantastic place. We will be staying here at the Motel, at least once a month, as it’s great value for money and a great get away. **Only negative is the motel only has double rooms only. Infants under 2 can stay free with 2 adults, however if 2 adults stayed with a child over 2, they would have to get 2 double rooms! I personally think they should offer a triple option at a small addition cost, as room is big enough to put in a fold away bed**

we used to own a property at ribby hall so we met up with old friends for catch up.the motel is excellent for a 1 night stay and was very quiet.room is very modern but bathroom quite small but for 1 night it didn't matter.Facilities at Ribby hall fabulous lots to do. Fabulous terrace outside Tapas restaurant to have a drink .feels like being abroad and we were very lucky that the weather was beautiful
